Panda Express — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I hate to make reviews for places but this has been happening everytime I try to get panda express at this location. I set a timer for myself for 30 mins for my lunch break and I don’t know why I decided to go to this location( felt lazy to go anywhere else and panda isn’t a slow location…..I thought). I see 3 people in front of me which isn’t bad at all, and as I’m waiting, waiting, waiting, mind you it’s a full staff back there and when I walked in it was just us in the line when I get to the order spot there’s a line all the way back to the door…. So I look at my time already been in line for 10 mins. Then they finally get most of my plate done mind you all I asked for was (double chicken and rice THATS IT!!!) then I’m waiting waiting waiting again mind you I’m on lunch and other people are getting frustrated too, so I look at my time again and I posted and screenshotted just to post it and that’s how much time I had left for my lunch to make it back to work and eat, I work 5 mins away also.

So I decided to just leave the unfinished meal that still needed to be prepped after waiting in line after 3 people and still not getting the meal done or handed to me so I walked out and just let whatever happened to it…

Idk I don’t like making it’s a big deal but when your legit just finger popping yall asshole and not doing nun but asking random people about they life story while people got to get back to WORK it’s like you don’t even know them nor do you care like can we get the line moving people have places to go and yet yall don’t give a shit….. pandas at this location do a heavy restart and either put them in tha back or help them find a new job...

This Panda is like most in many ways, but the one thing I can’t stand is that since covid you have to ask for all the condiments and eating utensils. They will send you with just your ordered only. no soy sauce, no hot sauce no chopsticks no forks, unless you ask.

They don’t even offer it to you. You have to figure it out when you get home that you got nothing.

My wife and I went today and she ordered teriyaki chicken and can you believe they left out the teriyaki sauce? I had to go back in the store and ask them for it. When I ask if they forgot to include it, they said that we must request.

Think about it. I asked for teriyaki chicken. Shouldn’t it come with teriyaki sauce?

What is teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki? Um Grilled chicken, maybe?

The worst part is even after you ask for everything individually, they still tried to get away with giving you one little small packet.

These guys don’t even give out fortune cookies anymore!...

Came in for lunch as I usually come to panda for, I always request noodles with no veggies for my family of 4. Today I encountered a rude manager named Jose he refused to make the noodles and said they don't do special orders. I advised that its a restaurant and should be all about pleasing your customer so they continue to come back. I have always made this request and never been told no but this rude arrogant so called manager refused. He continued to be rude we still are her even considering the situation. No Ice in the coke machine, employees made comments because they didn't want to fill it. Homeless guy beggin for money in the lobby. All of the tables were dirty trash over flowing and floors a hot mess. I think Jose belongs as a regular employee and not a manager, I won't be back to this...
