If I could give the location at 2628 Charleston a ZERO I would. I had an appointment scheduled , I showed up for my appointment on time. I checked in at the window, the woman that checked me in did not advise me that they were behind schedule. I sat down and waited. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes and watching 3 women who checked in after me get called back. I approached the window again and asked if they were behind she advised that they were a little behind and they would be calling me back soon. After 35 minutes of waiting I was finally called to the back where I waited another 15 minutes. I asked what was going on and one of the girls advised that they were 2-3hours behind due to overscheduling. I asked to speak with the office manager. When I spoke with her, I asked why I was not contacted prior to my appointment and advised that they were 2-3hrs behind and given the option to reschedule. She responded well when you came to the window and asked if we were behind I told you we were. I advised that I was not given proper notice and that waiting 50mins was unacceptable. She begin insisting that me asking if they were behind was notice.
The second issue with this location is the lack of professionalism. The young lady that called me back was nasty and rude. The women that work at the front desk are all wearing extremely long pointed nails, it appears as if they are all on their way to the club. Not to mention its nasty and unsanitary to work in a medical environment with long nails even if you are at the front desk. The only woman that conducted herself in a professional manner is the older lady with the glasses. The rest of those woman were rude, nasty and unprofessional in the way they presented themselves at work and in the way that they handled patients.
The third issue is parking, there are two businesses the Pueblo imaging and the urgent care. For both businesses there are a total of 20 parking spots and atleast 7 of those are reserved.
The fourth issue is the equipment they use. The machines in this place are soooo outdated itâs not even funny. The machine that was used on me was manufactured in 2012. It looks like a few people scraped together whatever cash they had and purchased used imaging equipment off of the app OfferUp.
I reached out to the manager/ administrator Michael and she has not followed up with me.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.
IF YOU MUST DEAL WITH THE COMPANY DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION...

But letâs discuss the star rating:
The doctor was either not listening to me or didnât understand my questionsâ for the first time in my life I pondered âmaybe a specific medical school really does matterâŠâ (Because the experience I had here wasnât just disappointingâit was medically and emotionally negligent)
He also told me that I was feeling pain in my âlegâ
It was a knitting needle through my genitalia actually, thanks.
Followed by tightness in my neck that radiated into my head and might never dissipate.
So? Itâs literally a spinal tapâ the most feared test. I was being screened for ms. This isnât entirely unusual âŠ
But when I asked if he was using an atraumatic needle he blurted âwhat??!! No we use normal needles here.â
The rest of the communication with him was similar⊠including the legendary âit wonât be a large hole. Itâs a small needleâ in response to my âdo normal needles leave holes that might leak cerebrospinal fluid and cause my brain to sag?â
Just to clarify: atraumatic needles are considered standard in many facilities because they significantly reduce the risk of post-lumbar headache and CSF leakage. This wasnât a trick questionâit was basic safety.
Follow up: headaches are...

I love they have hours that work with my schedule. This is the first time going here and wish I would of came here to begin with. From the moment I walked in the front door I was greeted and checked in. 3-5 minutes I was taken back to be seen. The person who was doing the work I needed done was great. She explained tbings clearly, was professional, but in a way that made me feel comfortable. I like to ask questions about what., why, and how during these procedures. Most of the the people I've dealt with at other places tell me they can't tell me anything and the doctor will be the one to answer any questions. They do so in a way that makes them seem put out because I want to know why they are doing this or that to my body. Not here! This girl who was working with was professional but didn't make me feel like I had to sit there and keep my mouth shut like other places have. Explained things clearly and performed her job with a confidence that let me know she knows what she's doing, and she's very cute. Just an observation I made lol. I highly recommend this place and this is where I'm going...
