Honestly, I'm incredibly frustrated with this Port of Subs location. Against my better judgement (have had other issues with this company in the past), I agreed to place a catering order for the company I work for. I went online (because they advertise online ordering!) and tried placing the order. For some reason it wasn't going through and kept popping up with an "Error. Call store" message. Okay, fine. Tried calling and no one picked up. I tried placing the order a few more times online and kept getting the same message. Finally I gave up and just decided to call.... FIFTEEN TIMES over the course of a few hours in the afternoon. It kept ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing and NO ONE answered. Frustrated, I decided to go in person to this location and inquire about my online order. When I got there I was told that my order went through FOUR TIMES and it was probably a glitch on the website. (Annoying, but not the end of the world..). I told them I had been trying to call all afternoon and the woman behind the counter kind of shrugged and said "well, we were busy so we didn't answer." SERIOUSLY?! I worked in the food industry for YEARS and no matter how busy/understaffed we were we ALWAYS answered the phone... because that is PART OF WORKING AT A RESTAURANT. Either way, it's annoying, but fine. I was then told the owner should have contacted me already about my order because I was charged four times. Well, he hadn't. As I was getting ready to leave the store I get a call from the owner. He was pleasant. I explained the situation and he told me that he would refund the other three orders. Great! So we go to pick up the food we had ordered for our event and didn't receive a receipt. I thought it was commonplace to leave a receipt in the box for catering orders, but I guess I was wrong. My fault, I suppose... Should have asked. I called back that same afternoon after our event, explained the situation and asked that my receipt be emailed to me. The man who answered the phone tried ending the call without taking down any of my contact information. I ended up giving him my email and he told me a manager would contact me the next morning about my receipt. I waited until about 9:30 this morning and still had not been contacted. I tried calling. Surprise, surprise... no answer. I've tried calling FOUR MORE TIMES since 9:30... it's now about 10:45. NO ANSWER. This screams UNPROFESSIONAL. We absolutely will NOT be ordering from this location or any Port of Subs location in the future due to the difficulty I have the past few days. To top all of this off, our sandwiches were soggy and a little "meh." I would suggest spending your money elsewhere and I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND placing a catering order here... unless you enjoy a headache.

Read moreThis store is the worst! I came into the store on late evening February 23, 2025, actually I was the only customer. The person that served me name was Joseph. I placed my order for the medium #8 combo and a small potato salad. My order rounded up to be $17.54, so I gave Joseph $20 and told him to keep the change for a tip. He replied “Thank you “. I left the store and got to my destination to eat my sandwich and the bread (white), HARD as brick. I called back to the store and asked for Joseph, and he answered the phone. I expressed my dissatisfaction about my sandwich and how was he going to make this right. Joseph replied “Just come back in and I’ll make you a new sandwich “. I agreed to come back the next day and he said that fine. So the next evening I came and asked for the same sandwich, but different bread and I also asked for the Pepperchini bread and he says that he doesn’t have it in a medium size, so I asked if I could get that particular bread, if the 2 smalls would constitute for a medium, he replied “Yes”, so I said ok let me have that one. Well as he finished my sandwich he goes to the register and rang up a charge for 1 small sandwich and the brownie I chose. I then stated to him, wait a minute, why are you charging me for a sandwich that you should have known in the first place that you were serving me hard bread. So to make a long story short I asked who was the owner, Joseph reluctanting replied “Mike”. So I demanded to speak to Mike, and this situation turned into a horrible experience, I demanded all my money back including the tip I gave.
