This place is small, but to me it is a home away from home.. I love the customer service here and I felt so comfortable there. Had a little issue with a customer that comes in and had some words with the management. I was a little disgusted and felt some type of way by the response that I was given. I really think that the outcome would have been a lot better but it is what it is. Regardless of how long you know a person, business is business. Never get in your feelings when it comes to a person or friend being at fault in your business..Friends are friends u should keep it that way. Most of all Business is Business.. and that relationship you have with friends should be kept outside your business... I still feel like this place is a great place to come and will never change my mind on that. All I have to say no matter what, if a customer is being threatened by another customer and there are witnesses the person that is being assaulted should not feel like they are in the wrong for doing and saying the right thing.. But now I know better to not voice my issues with management. I will just keep to myself. But God for bid if something happens in the future, all I can say is I did bring up the issue to management and nothing was resolved. I was told that cause they new eachother for a long time really nothing will ever get resolved... A few employees understand where I'm coming from and back me up. Just cause one bad apple is rotten and is fermenting, does it mean that the whole apple tree is bad... so never let one person ruin any situation in your life, or steal your joy keep on living... I'm pushing and just learn from the situation and be a bigger and better person.. and just try and let things roll off your...
