I have already reached out to JITB corporate office about this and I am awaiting a response, but guys honestly do NOT come here until they change the manager. Honestly, just look through the reviews they all say the same thing and honestly I wish I would have read the before trying to go to the one that was closest to me to save a few miles because I would have rather spent the gas to at least have been treated with some sort of respect and not harassed or been withheld my food that I already paid for from me. I really tried to keep it together because when I was ordering someone else at the window was going at it with her. Marla or I’m not sure what her name is but I will get it is the worst—I feel so bad for her employees because if this is how she treats PAYING customers how must she treat the people she can actually run? She kept telling me how it’s my fault EVEN WHEN HER EMPLOYEE SAID IT WAS HER MISTAKE. How I need to check the screen, how I need to order exactly what was on the coupon I provided even when I did, how fine I ordered what was on the coupon but I didn’t check the screen…and then telling me she was going to give me a refund when I clearly told her I didn’t ask for that I please give me my food that was right next to her….I mean if you want to get tested like absolute garbage this is the place as long as that manager is there. I urge you to NOT come to this location until they do something about this because I’m not the only one having problems and as a business manager I know that if there is this many problems with one of my employees they gotta go. Read moreThis location is racist they mainly employ Hispanic people and every time I go in there they are very rude My last experience the reason that I'm on here rating them and leaving this is because I went to Jack in The box yesterday and spent $43 I bought three breakfast platters and I didn't know that they no longer have pancakes I asked for butter and the girl that was helping me rudely told me no they don't have butter anymore but I did not understand why they didn't have butter because she didn't explain to me that the breakfast platter is now were cinnamon French toast sticks she gave me a bad attitude I just let it go then I asked for syrup and she said to me are you having a bad day say please! So me not believing what just happened because I'm a person that have worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years I'm a 57-year-old black woman and I have a under 25-year-old very rude Hispanic lady telling me to beg her for syrup after I paid for my food I politely parked my car because I was in drive-thru and went inside instead of getting an apology the manager or whoever the person in charge was backed her up I ended up telling everybody off and leaving they are the worst experience of customer service that I have ever experienced in my life I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years I have been to that same Jack in the box over a hundred times but these people that they have in there now are horrible and they're racist and I don't trust them I will never go there again I'm contacting the corporate office on Monday because this happened on the Saturday but I want...
Read moreTonight we stopped by to order through the drive-thru and the order taker asked us if we were picking up an order. I told him no and he told me that I couldn't order food because the system was down. Then I asked if I should order through the app and he said you could try.. so I say okay and I pull up and I begin to get on my phone to put my order through. While I'm waiting at the drive-thru window a woman slides open the window and says can I help you?? Very rudely. Then I told her I was putting the order through on the app because he said the system is down. Then she looked at me and told me well I can't have you waiting right here you're making my time run.. and then she shushed me away with her hands.. I was shocked and I just stared at her. And then I said I'm sorry I'm making your meter run and I was about to say I'm just trying to order my food but then she slammed the window shut. My husband and I were appalled. I did not get the woman's name but she was in her late forties possibly 50s. She wore glasses and she had a tattoo on her forearm.
