Pizza Place — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This has become one of our favourite places to eat. However, as i began placing our order of a sandwich and a pizza i was quite surprised when my bill came to $80.00. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that to order a pizza with some basil and pineapple and onion you were charging $3 for every add-on to in already $20 pizza. I think it’s really unfair to do business that way, and it’s unfortunate that in the coming year you will lose a lot of business because of it. I can’t imagin anyone paying $80 for a sandwich and a pizza. I’m certainly not going to pay $12 to add some onion and pineapple and basil to my already $20 pizza. Pay an additional $30 in taxes and then tip the driver of course. So to order a sandwich and a pizza with three toppings on it it was going to be $100 for us tonight. The worst customer service I have ever received from a restaurant, I ordered two pizzas Square cut because I have a bunch of hungry kids and that’s what I paid for, the guy named Alex Sanchez is telling me since they didn’t mess up the toppings on the pizza “it’s not a big deal, you can just cut it yourself. I wouldn’t have had an issue if the situation wasn’t rudely approached. He also tells me that they will not be accommodating refund or sending another pizza out. I let him know I don’t have the utensils right now to cut this pizza and he insists that it’s not a big deal. After the conversation I asked for the owners phone number and he proceeded to give me two wrong numbers and tried to tell me that that’s not how customer service works. I first visited the Pizza Place earlier last year. Never been or heard of them just popped up on google. So I ordered like 3 pizzas wings garlic knots and something else. When I got there and opened the box I was stunned their XL or Large pizza can’t remember, was huge!!! I really only needed 1 or 2! I was so happy pizzas looked fresh and big made with love. I’m vegetarian so there were lots of options! I’m in the house with 4 boys! It was plenty of food and leftovers. Portions are big! They even threw in a free soda! I’ve been ordering since!
