Had absolutely the worst experience with the W.Lake Mead location. It ought to be shut down by the health department! They gave me a messed up sandwich that I ordered through DoorDash and when I called and complained, they sent their driver back to my home to get the same sandwich but didn’t send another one with him. He got in the car with my sandwich as I watched from my patio and opened and looked at it. They legit took my sandwich back to the store and were going to try to put more meat on the same one and give it back to me! I called them and reminded them that by health code, once food leaves a restaurant, it isn’t even supposed to be allowed back inside of the store, but I didn’t complain about them taking it back, just the fact that they tried to serve me the same sandwich that had been tampered with. This rude “woman” Natasha, claiming to be the manager calls back and is so disgusting and rude and refused to give me HER boss’s information. She truly made feel so uncomfortable about even eating the sandwich they sent back that I threw it away. Btw I have Covid and disclosed this to them, which is even more reason why food that I touched shouldn’t have been back in the restaurant being put on the preparation table with other peoples food. Read moreI was there to grab lunch and ordered 2 subs. The girl at the counter was clearly new and needed a lot of help. She was speaking very quietly, needed things repeated several times, and did not have a happy demeanor (she was scowling at one point). I have an egg allergy so I asked for my sandwich to have no mayo and paid to add avocado spread. My boyfriend wanted extra onions and extra extra sauce on his sandwich. It took longer than usual for them to make the food (I think because of the girl in training). When we got home to eat we discovered my sandwich had no avocado spread and no onions which I had asked for. The other sandwich was supposed to have extra onions and extra sauce and had very little of both. The worst part is I called the store to complain and was put on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever came back. I called again and am again on hold as I write this review for over 15 minutes again. I will definitely be attempting to contact a manager again after I finish this review and plan to try to speak to corporate regarding all of this. What a terrible experience. Read moreUpdate: I ended up going in when I got off work to explain the situation and Madeline assisted me. She was very kind and welcoming. She was a huge help and very understanding to my frustrations. Her calm nature and ability to remediate the situation has left me in admiration. Thanks to Madeline, I will be back. I am leaving my original review ONLY because corporate/ franchise needs to be aware of how their general manager Dawn is treating people and potentially losing customers. Thanks to Madeline and the other gentleman there for saving a customer!
For the GM: Completely awful! I ordered for delivery and they brought the wrong chips AND forgot an item! I called and the general manager Dawn was extremely rude and condescending! She did not listen and spoke extremely fast without letting me get two words in. Her only remedy was to credit my jimmy johns account which is odd because I DONT HAVE ONE! I ordered online as a guest at checkout so I don’t know what she thinks she would credit! She refused to refund me for the missing/ wrong items or redeliver the correct items.
