Wingstop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I personally love Wingstop, however, this location at least when I went on July 7, 2025, the staff was not on it. I put in an online order it was saying it was gonna be ready for pick up around 1:07 or 1:20. I go in there running a little late and my order isn’t even ready. I can clearly see them rushing to sauce the tenders to put the seasoning on the fries, which wasn’t season, all the seasoning was at the bottom of the fries and my sister is telling me her Louisiana rub tenders. We’re not rubbed with Louisiana seasoning. I spent a good 30 bucks, just to sit there and see staff rushing around trying to get these orders done. It’s not my problem. You guys don’t have good time management, it’s not my problem. Your manager isn’t getting on you. My dad always taught us. Hey if you mess up, try to redeem yourself, they don’t even try to do that just letting me know five more minutes yeah right I shouldn’t have to wait. Having to wait for my food having to wait to get my cups I shouldn’t have to ask hey can I at least fill up my drinks? This should be an automatic thing. Man comes in. He’s also having to wait for his order. I’m sure he tracked out a while to get here giving him plenty of time to get it done and people are still waiting. This is America. Fast food is supposed to be fast easy What’s up? I was honestly really happy when they open this location up but the service not it and I go in there and it smells like sewer personally I wouldn’t wanna be eating in there if it smelled like that second off I’m a little leery about my food. How is it gonna taste thankfully it taste OK but that’s smell was pretty strong. And no one was trying to spray nothing to at least get rid of it or mask it. Just dealing with it not acceptable. I do my survey all I can get out of. It is free fries so I come here to let you guys know just be mindful that the food is good, but I don’t know certain times staff...

Haven’t had Wingstop in a while and decided to stop here for lunch. Haven’t tried out this location since it opened but it’s closest to me. The service was so fast! This was the fastest Wingstop experience in MY LIFE! We ordered and I went to the bathroom and as I was washing my hands, my boyfriend texts me that the food was there. It literally took like 5 minutes or less. The crazier part too is that I always ask for well done fries so I expect the food to take a little longer to get the fries crispy but they came out great! Better than it’s ever been when I ordered from Wingstop before because for whatever reason, whenever I ask for well done fries at Wingstop, other locations can never do it right the first time. Well done means really crispy. They did it right here and did it fast. The woman taking our order (Wendy) was also very nice and friendly, also checking on us after we had our food to see how we liked it. Finally a wing stop by me! The service has been excellent! Only thing I would recommend more tv's and unless they aren't serving alcohol anymore that's fine but I use to order 1 brewski as I am waiting for my order other than that?? Happy there is finally one of my side of town. Update 4/15/2024 so my fault I didn't check my wings or fries I think maybe the seasoning ran out! Fries and wings are brand! My first visit when I went I checked the wings I could tell they weren't seasoned enough asked for more seasoning PERFECT! This time I didn't. I don't know what's going on. With Wimg Stop's but give us the seasoning we love! My suggestion is check ur wi gs and fries in case u need more seasoning cuz this was a dud! I will still come here but I will check for the seasoning before I leave! I may have high blood pressure but this Is my treat I want ALL the seasoning not one side of the wing and still I'm like uhh where is the seasoning?!?!
