My first visit here and I am not impressed to say the least. I visited with my family later in the evening, about an hour before closing. Service was on the slow side, portions are large but the price accounts for that. Waitress would only speak to my husband, who speaks Spanish. Entrees were nothing to be impressed over. Asada meat was sub par, really dry and lacking flavor. Adobado tasted a bit funky like it may have been reheated a few times. My kid's enjoyed their bean and cheese burritos. The best part of the meal was the horchata, flan, and handmade tortillas that only came with the queso fundido. Overall the food is lacking and the flan and horchata are not enough to make me come back.

one of the best restaurant I come across so far. I came in with my wife and daughter and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered enchiladas de pollo en salsa verde. My wife ordered the milanesa de pollo. Both were well done and filled with favor. Not to mention the tortillas that came with the milanesa where hand made. Hard to believe that not many people come here

It might not be close to the strip, but you know your getting good Mexican food when your waitress doesn't speak English. The restaurant is a bit of a dive, but the food is spot on and colossal in serving size which makes up for it's cost. Intend to spend about $20 per plate and to take leftovers home or someone to split it with.

Oh my god I happen to eat at this place just by some random set of events and was the best decision I ever made the food is amazing the burritos are so good the carne asada is cooked to perfection the tortillas used are amazing and if you get a chance try and get the shrimp tostadas which are amazing and if you ask for that to go they give you extra shrimp in the to go box as opposed to a little bit on the tostada itself if you sit down and eat I always try to go whenever I get a chance it's amazing the staff is pretty cool I wish there was another open closer to the northwest but if you hop on the 95 you can get there pretty fast for being a ghetto part of town the food...

Overall, just an average place.

I usually like this place but my last visit was odd... The chips were probably from another table based on the fact that they had salsa already on them, which I think is pretty gross.

Plus there's always a gnat or insect of some kind flying around, ALWAYS. I usually don't care about the additional visitor but it's more consistent than the food.

If you like average Mexican food in an average setting then go here but if you're wanting anything more, expect to be disappointed.

Enchiladas plate only, $25, no drink - just water, making it one of the most expensive Mexican restaurants...
