McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I'm a huge food critic when it comes to fast food restaurants. I gave this McDonald's 3 chances to change, meaning I have come to this location 3 different times within a year's time.In this particular case I ordered 3 different meals in those 3 different visits. First visit was the double cheeseburger value meal. Drive thru experience was no onions on burgers with a coke and fries. Went through and received 2 burgers full of onions, a diet coke and the most horrible tasting fries I've ever tasted!I mean change the grease!Second time drive thru experience again months later. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with fries and coke. Went through received my order with a burnt chicken patty I mean almost black with a Dr Pepper and again the worst fries!Change the grease! Third visit months later which was yesterday afternoon. Drive thru again I ordered 1/4 pounder cheeseburger with large fries and a coke. Went on through and got a cheeseburger and I looked at my large French fries box and it was half full coke was fine this time. So 2 blocks down the road I turn around and go back.I also taste the fries at this time and again the fries tasted horrible!what is it with this location in the world that the world famous fries taste awful!! So I go back in and tell the lady I received half fries for a large order and the fries taste awful. So they make a new Batch of fries right away and in front of me I watch and see if anything is done differently. Nope everything seems fine I get my fries and leave. So I hit the road back home and start to eat my food.I bite into my burger and 4 bites into it I notice a horrible smell coming from it like it was rotten.!So I stop eating it. I start eating my fries and nope I said "its the grease is old". The fries again are in bad shape. Sorry folks I tried you for the last time. Never again will I stop here at this location. Im Disgusted with this place. Stoped in to treat wife so she did not have to cook dinner, Give her a break becuse she takes care of me and the family all week.Orderd on app. Pull in Drive-thru .keept me waiting over a hour to get my order Which happend to be missing a Delux quarter pounder. Informed the guy @ window ans he looked @ my recipt and my order on app like a deer in head lights. Finally got his manager Lindsey fernandez who came from the back yelling @ people. To give me Attitude with out even knowing what was going on. After Arguing with her for a few minutes what seamed like hours. Because shes has the Intelligence of a 3rd grader. And dont listen even tho the facts are right infrount of her. She gives in and yells @ Employees to make the Burger. And tells me to pull up to the rails and it will be out. Waited another half hour and never got my order. I left in such a bad mood .decided to call and aske for there Corporate office were i got hung up on. So called back. Were i messed up and took out my anger on the poor guy that Answerd the phone who happend to be the cook. He talked me down and Apologized for his fellow crew members and seamed to Genuinely care he offerd to buy the buger and make it for me, for my troubles. I'm a truck driverand I was passing through the area. Its Christmas day so there aren't many places open. So I decided to stop here its McDonald's so I figured quick and easy. Well as I was walking up to the store before I could even make it inside, I had what appeared to be a homeless guy come up to me to ask me for money. No was the obvious answer. Well I go inside and placed a order for a Mc'rib meal. I say and awaited about 15 minutes and one of the employees came up and told me they were out of the Mc'ribs. Which kinda irritated me since I already had ordered and paid and had been sitting 15 minutes already . but it happens so I told her I wanted to fish fill at Instead. I waited again for about 10 minutes this time. They finally came out worth my meal but they forgot the drink. So I asked for a cup. When I went up to get my drink there was no lids what so ever like none they were out. So the whole idea of bringing my drink with me is now out the window bc they dint have lids and I cant take the chance of it spilling in the truck. Well I sit down to eat my meal and the bun on my sandwich was rock hard and stale same thing with the fish. So I threw my meal out and walked out. Didnt want to get food poisoning.
