Terrible experience. I did a mobile order through the drive thru and they forgot my cheeseburger. Realized once I got home but wasn’t mad at all, mistakes happen. I drive back and tell the lady at the drive-in who was working at the cashier window at 5:10 pm on December 4th that they forgot a meal in my order and she tells me to go to the second window. I misinterpret this, my mistake, and go to the first window. She looks at me- not glances, looks at me. Goes back to what she’s doing for 3 minuets avoiding eye contact until a customer comes up behind me and FINALLY opens the window. She gives me a nasty look and says to go the second window. She knew I was sitting there the whole time? Why wouldn’t she have just told me when she saw me sitting there? And there was terrible communication because when I went to the second window, a woman was just randomly handing me like three food bags, and when I told her they weren’t mine, she looked offended that those weren’t mine, as if I annoyed her for telling her she was giving me someone else’s food? I should’ve just taken them at this point since both interactions were acting as if I did something wrong when THEY messed up my order. Deeply upsetting and annoying. I could care less about them forgetting the burger but I draw the line at being rude when I didn’t even do anything. After all of this too, it ended up being the wrong burger. It was supposed to be a triple cheeseburger and it was just a regular burger. I never write reviews like this but this interaction was ridiculous. That being said, there is a man that works at this McDonald’s location who is always such a great worker. White and blonde I believe and typically works in the morning. He’s a very nice person. I see him so many times and never get a bad interaction with him or the other workers in the morning. I get it- it’s McDonald’s. I don’t need a bubbly person or 100% perfect customer service. I just ask...
Read moreUsed to go here for the breakfast food every once in a while, because the normal menu items started giving my family and I stomach aches. As of now I'm done with McDonalds as a whole.
The employees(at the drive through) are hit or miss. Sometimes nice and efficient, other times they don't even greet you and essentially throw your receipt at you. Apparently this is a direct consequence of management and their lack of leadership which gets me to the reason for my review.
Went today for exactly 4 breakfast items orders well before they stopped serving breakfast, did my order on the app because it's way faster than trying to speak to the team who attempts to take orders at this location. Waited until I could get their attention to give them my code for the order, gave my code and was told to pull forward, and I was met with a confused look when I told this same person that I had just given my code to that I had already paid on the app. I repeated my order again before the employee went to get their manager: and this is why I'm not coming back.
The manager came to the window and said that my order "hadn't gone through" but she could try to "push it through" and see if that would work. She came back 20 seconds later and said, and I quote, "they don't even have anymore breakfast" and stared at the register behind the window. We sat in silence for a while because I was wondering if there was more I was missing before I realized that was all she had to say. I confirmed that I wasn't charged and pulled off.
Gas wasted, time wasted, and the manager didn't even try to make any part of this right for me. I didn't need an excuse to stay away from this unhealthy restaurant, but I can thank whoever was working today for giving me the final push away from this food chain: there's the one positive aspect, and the reason you...
Read moreNot the best. For refrence, there were about 5 guests there two had children. Totaling 9 people. I was there for 45 minutes. Their sales were almost all drive through with a few take out orders. So there is no reason the restaurant should be in the condition it was in with the amount of staff they had working. Food service was fast. Restaurant was dirty. Floors and tables. Had food and debris on them it looked like they decided they weren't going to clean that day and had given the maid the day off. The restroom was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. I almost vomited upon entering. There was no hand soap, paper towels, or any other way to clean and dry hands. The hand sanitizer pump was also bone dry. The floor in the restroom had toilet paper with feces on it. And pee all over it. The toilet seat had pee and feces dried to it so you could tell it's been there most likely all day. The restroom was the main contributing factor in me never returning to this location again. I have a hard time believing they care about food safety and cleanliness in the cooking area if public areas look like this. Doubtful that employees wash their hands before returning to work when there isn't anything to clean them with. I hope I don't get a roto virus, pink eye, MRSA, or something else from eating there. I wish I had checked the restroom before eating, so I would've known if I could eat there and feel like my food was prepared in a sanitary manner. I'll do that from...
