New location is super convenient, and being able to walk to a vegan restaurant from my house rocks. The interior is totally transformed from the previous deli spot, and food and service have improved too!
VEGAN MENU: Good variety, breakfast served all day plus entrees. Enchiladas are solid, but the taco sampler plate is what I come back for (the cilantro-lime mushrooms are awesome). Molletes make a great breakfast dish. I like how they use quality non-dairy sour cream and cheese products and not Daiya. I'm looking forward to trying their nachos! If you're inching into vegan cuisine, try the potato tacos, they're a crowd-pleaser.
REGULAR MENU: Their best work is in the vegan items, but they also offer regular Mexican food so as not to limit their patrons. Their carne asada is really good, and I recommend their burritos, fideo, and enchiladas. Breakfast menu looks great, will be trying those dishes soon.
PRICING: Vegan menu is priced appropriately for a niche product with a limited target audience. People will come here for their great specialty vegan food. $13 for a taco sampler with sides is fair, and the $10 burrito packed with your choice of vegan fillings isn't unreasonable. Non-vegan menu prices are on the high side (think $12 wet burrito, $8 for chips and salsa?!), and need to come down a buck or two per item to be reasonable for the area. This isn't downtown Summerlin.
I really like the food here and I'm grateful to have a nearby vegan option when I'm too lazy to try to stick to it. I'm hoping they do well in...

This place has been recommended to us so many times because of their vegan menu. Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. They really only have three items on the vegan menu. I ordered the vegan soy al pastor fajitas, and my husband ordered chicken fajitas. The vegan fajitas were served to me cold - I guess there really is a first time for everything! The waitress forgot our tortillas - and when we requested them, she went to get them, only to chat with her boss for a solid 5 minutes while we waited, despite us being one of two parties in this dead restaurant. When we finally were able to eat our cold fajitas, they had zero flavor. It was the blandest food I think I've ever consumed in my life. My husband as well, said everything was unseasoned and tasted like nothing. We really had high hopes for this recommended spot, but unfortunately it fell seriously short of expectations and we would not...
Read moreWe stopped in for a last minute dinner here. It was so appreciated to have vegan options and a larger menu than many other Mexican restaurants with vegetarian options. There was cauliflower, mushrooms, soyrizo, potatos, zucchini etc for veggie filling options. They even have vegan cheese available. My husband enjoyed a variety of meat street tacos and I got some vegan enchiladas.
Everything was seasoned well, the rice and beans were great too. They clearly care about making sure every part of the plate has enough spices. The hibiscus drink was really tasty and the vegan flan was amazing. I don’t know if I’ve ever been able to find a vegan flan, certainly not recently. They mentioned they’re under new management. Everyone was very kind and friendly and they went out of their way for us. I’ve had a lot of bland veggie Mexican food in the past and this was such a nice surprise. Thank you and wish you...
