I had been wanting to try this Peet’s coffee location for a while. I’m a regular customer and a big fan of their other local location on Discovery. Today I was out running errands with my nine-year-old daughter and we stopped by for a late afternoon snack. This location is a beautiful stand-alone building. It has a drive-thru and a large open concept dining room. The build out inside is very nice. It would be perfect to hang and do work or homework or even have a small meeting since they have a number of seating options. The kid that took our order said he was new, but he was nice, very helpful, and able to answer all of our dumb questions. I left a sizable gratuity as I usually do. He brought out our drinks and croissants. My daughter and I were enjoying our snack when five minutes later a different guy came out announcing that he was the assistant manager and that we had to leave so he could count his drawer. At first I thought he was trying to be funny, but when I realized he was serious I asked him if he was seriously implying that my 9 year old and I were going to rob him. He repeated that we needed to leave so he could count his drawer. It has been at least a few decades since I’ve been falsely accused of being a thief, but today was my day I guess. From the care put into the buildout of this location, the owners obviously put their hearts into this venture along with their money. I feel for them because apparently good employees are hard to find and who knows how many other customers this moron has permanently chased away and/or offended. I understand the need to be diligent to avoid theft, but at some point common sense must come into play that a dad and 9 year old girl aren’t going to hold up your store. They would be better off demoting this assistant manager and promoting the new kid. Anyway, I’m going to avoid this location and recommend other do the same until it is restaffed or management undergoes some serious retraining. It sucks because the Peet’s product is excellent. I’d suggest taking a short drive to the location on 215 and Town Center which is staffed - and managed by great kids.

I moved to Nevada three months ago from Tennessee, I am an avid coffee lover/caffiene reliant pre-school teacher. The employees here are so friendly and considerate. Miles, the manager along with Scarlett and all the other workers I've interacted with have been friendly, helpful and welcoming. I come here everyday on my lunch breaks. Ive ordered just about everything on the menu, it's all tasty. They make your coffee exactly the way you order it, and it's always delicious!! As a teacher, my days can be really hectic and stressful. It's always incredibly refreshing to visit my friends at this coffee shop and take a breather. The facilities are always clean, the store is always clean. If you need a reliably good coffee shop visit peets on Sahara. 🦎 👍

I went to this location 2 days in a row and it didn’t disappoint either time. You can judge a coffeeshop on 3 things- the coffee, employees and ambiance. Their iced coffee is miles ahead of that mermaid chain and my order was correct both times, including the light ice request. The coffee is smooth and distinct but without the weird ‘burnt’ taste of a certain chain. This location isn’t a part of the Peets perks and considers itself a standalone location. Employees were nice and helpful both times and didn’t hand me sloppy cups and bagged the food items up nicely. The clientele hanging outside in the patio area surrounded by shrubs was happy and it has an all-around good vibe. Thank you also for having specifically-vegan options for food too.

I've tried this place twice; first time was on 14 Mar 2021 and the second time was today, 26 Nov 2023. During both visits, my wife and I had such remarkable experiences in which we were confused to why we haven't visited more frequently/consistently. There are a few, major franchise coffee shops in this country that are way overpriced and tremendously overhyped, which makes me appreciate this place even more because of its coffee quality and superb customer service.

Speaking of customer service, this place does an extraordinary job because the employees are always friendly and operate at an accelerated speed. During both visits, I observed the employees operate and it's amazing how efficient they were/are...not to mention, they seem to be having a fun time/enjoy doing what they do.

The food/drink quality here is far superior than some of the more popular coffee shops in this country. During the 26 Nov visit, my wife and I ordered the Ham/Egg/Cheese Croissant, Bacon/Egg/Cheese Sandwich, Plain Croissant, Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, Nitro Cold Brew, and Peppermint Mocha. Everything, and I mean everything was outstanding! I'd even put this place's croissant and bagel against some of the famous bakeries around the city. We even enjoy drinking Peet's Coffee at home with our coffee maker - the quality in their roast is unparalleled.

The price-to-quantity/quality ratio is very reasonable and respectable. I really enjoy how this business supports the men and women of the Armed Forces to include its Veterans - this is vastly appreciated! I immensely recommend this place...
