Well, unfortunately it is trueā¦.āAll good things must come to an endāā¦ā¦Snappy has met its demiseā¦.Although the food has always been mediocre at best, it isnāt always about the productā¦.So regardless of the mehhhh kinda alright lower end quality food, I still purchased thousands of dollars worth through the drive thru over the past 4 years.Iāve fed My entire house with Snappy multiple timesā¦.Iāve run down and picked up Snappy on more than one occasion, for friends visiting from out of town.I have advertised Snappy and Heart Attack Grill faithfully.Why? Because I am a Battle Born Vegasā¦..My Grandparents raised My Parents hereā¦My parents went to elementary school here and graduated high school hereā¦.I was born here and went to High School at Western.My Wife and I raised Our kids here and 2 of Our kids went to Westernā¦.and now We have Grandkids.I am wholeheartedly in support of local businessesā¦.and Snappy is just thatā¦A local business in My neighborhoodā¦.But today the owner lost My supportā¦.My youngest son turned 18!a week agoā¦He works a construction job (underground utilities)ā¦He just bought His first truck and wanted to take it around the block a couple of times today when He got home from workā¦.He parked in Snappy parking lot for 9 minutes, 3 of which were spent in the drive thru buying a waterā¦.but if the owner was to allow Him to stay in the parking lot for any longer He was told He would have to buy my daughter and Her friend (they went for the ride with My son) both a water as well.Anyhow I went to talk to the Owner about itā¦.He wasnāt thereā¦But the girl(very polite young lady) called Him on the phoneā¦Dude said something to Her about the number of cameras He has on the property and said He would call the cops on Me?Weird?You know whatā¦.Get to dialing. The Adams Family has been a great customer to You for years, and spent good money on Your shit food, just because We are locals.Not anymore. I will never say a good word about You or Your business from here on...

I drove 20 minutes to pick up my fiancĆ© at work from the strip and then another 20 minutes to Snappyās in time for food and the 8:30 show. We ordered food, like we always do, and drove to the second window. We noticed that the first employee at the first window had put butter on our popcorn, even though I very clearly said āno butter pleaseā when I ordered. My fiancĆ© walked back to the first window to ask her to please remake the popcorn without butter. The employee started berating her and telling her āI just needed to learn how to order it rightā. She took it to mean I meant āno extra butterā. There was a second customer at the window that remarked āwhatās wrong with you?ā at the employee because she acted so bizarrely. We asked a second employee to fix the issue, but my fiancĆ© was so upset at the treatment she got she asked to just leave.
Not only did this ruin our date night, the date night was supposed to be a distraction from a death in our family 10 days ago. We were completely disappointed and it snapped, no pun intended, us right back into our grief and melancholy feelings.
No refund or apology could make this situation better. Not only did Snappyās lose a regular customer, we had told many friends about our positive first experience. I have owned a small business for nearly 20 years, I know that kind of word of mouth is priceless - but it ends tonight. They should be ashamed of how theyāve been represented by their employee. As a business owner myself, I would rarely consider one review grounds to fire an employee, but in this case, that is probably the only way this experience could begin to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCompletely messed up my order girl working the drive thru with red hair completely not listening to the order at all. I order one double, one single, one grilled cheese with two fries. NONE AS COMBOS. Instead got charged for 4 fries, both burgers and the grilled cheese. Even when I specifically said two fries total. And I said no combos. O asked for a refund just for the didfwnce of cost of the two extra fries and drink I did not want. Just to be told I cannot have a refund, none of the workers know what to do. The owner is not there and does not provide refunds. I called the police out for a civil dispute still to be told they canāt do anything, itās their company policy that they donāt provide refunds. What a joke. Received my food 20 mins later cold and soggy due to the wait and arguing over refunds that are apparently not possible. Will file a dispute with my bank.
For future customers, this place is great Iāve been a repeat customer but this time it all went wrong. Perhaps make sure the girl at the window is even paying attention to what you order bc if u get over charged they will do nothing to fix it for you. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, maybe they should put a sign up specifying that?!?! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PAY bc theyāll just steal your money when THEY mess up. Completely ridiculous.
