Starbucks — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I was so excited about this Starbucks , because it right down the street. I keep giving it an opportunity, but it ALWAYS disappoints! The one reason I love Starbucks is the online ordering because I can pick up and go. My order is never ready no matter how long in advance I order. Every time it’s either out of stock or made incorrectly. I only like the blonde roast if I order hot coffee and they never have any ready, but tell me why they always wait till I get there to ask if they want me to make a new one or I could just take the dark roast. Like why couldn’t you just start a new one this whole time I ordered?? It’s beyond frustrating, I would think by now they would have gotten it together. I will just keep driving down the street on Charleston and Decatur, they don't disappointed and if they do they are quick to fix and make a new with a smile on their face. Very unhappy with the service here. Came to the drive thru and ordered a coffee and a water. The water was right, the coffee was not. I asked her to remake it, there was one car behind us and she asked us to pull forward. Unusual, but ok. 5 minutes go by and cars are coming in and out of the drive thru and we’re sitting in the car waiting. I finally lose my patience and go inside and ask where my coffee is, and she hands me the same cup of coffee from when i was in the drive thru. I said what is this? And she said your coffee. I said this isn’t right i asked the other lady to make the adjustments and she pulls me forward instead? What were you guys doing with my coffee?? She goes and dumps my cup of coffee into another cup and brings it back and says here you go. Yup guys, this is a brand new Starbucks location, and this is the service you should expect to receive. This is now my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are courteous, helpful, and do the best they can. They even remember my name. Spacious full ambient sunlight indoor area, great for rollin' rollin' rollin' to my table whether using a rollator or a wheelchair. I can transfer to a bench or chair with soft seat cushions, yes! I love having my coffee in a for-here mug! I thought that option was extinct but not so at this time. I'm sorry there have been some disgruntled reviewers but that's not my experience at this location. We all make mistakes sometimes, no need to lose our mind over it. In regard to no user outlets, I bring fully charged devices or make sure I have a power pack with me. Keep up the good work baristas.
