This was a disaster. Before getting service I explained to the technician exactly what I wanted, she agreed and gave me a price. Fine after about her fumbling around for a hour she go frustrated because she could not do what we agreed upon. Then the manager comes over all irritated because she said she didn't understand what I wanted ENGLISH is her second language. Well my dear you should have came and explained it to her before you made me pay up front. Long story short she did not want to refund me my all of my money, but after going back and forth she did. IF YOUR EMPLOYEES ENGLIS THEN YOU SHOULD TRANSLATE FOR THEM WITH EVERY CLIENT. THIS IS AMERICA.
This is a follow up from your response. Yes my mother did, the difference is she just got a plain manicure. I specifically asked her if she could put a tip on both of my big toes, she said what she said to you a price was given and service began. In reality she really couldn't do the work. Your excuse was she did not understand???So what do she translate to you my dear. And yes I asked for a full refund because she did not give me what was I asked for.
