Horrible drive thru, I was the only customer in the drive thru at 6:27 I pulled up after ordering just a portabello mushroom burger. I paid at 6:28, I know cause I kept looking at the receipt after the black guy who's name said antonio on the receipt said it's going to take less than 5 min. They always tell me to park to the side after any order I get. Finally it's the last time I'm letting them do that because it costed me an 11+ min. wait. I saw 3 other customers behind me park their cars too..and several others in the drive thru leaving with their food. One customer waiting after me left with no food speeding off almost causing an accident. The other behind that one left with the food from an employee bringing them it. I honked my horn and asked why are they being served first and I've been here for 10 min before them!. The tall longer dark hair guy in a hat mumbled off not answering my question and went back inside. Then I walked in. I asked where is my burger and it was like an echo through the place. They came up with it with it after a min. Of what I observed was confusion and they added no comments on their unexceptional service. Two people said "I added an "xtra" med fry for the wait", I don't even like the fries, the are cold and soggy every time, that's why I just wanted a burger by itself. I demanded a refund immediately! I wasn't even hungry anymore I was so upset. I pay for service as much as food. They took their time giving me a refund and asking around like a bunch of Amateurs. They even took my receipt knowing they screwed up in the assessment of this situation. I'm so upset that a bunch of adults cannot be competent enough to work for what America sees the fast food chain as the lowest form of education. Be warned, at least avoid this location. Oh by the way they stop serving...
Read moreToday I witnessed a male employee working the fries with no gloves, he was removing the extra fries hanging off the side of someone order with his bare hands, right after he began to use his cell phone. I asked the lady taking my order could she please ask the fry guy to please wear gloves while preparing my order, she stated we always wear gloves and he just got here. I said that’s fine but I see him handling food with his bare hands and he’s also using his phone. She walked over to the fry guy and said in a sarcastic way, the customer wants you to use gloves. She walked back over to me and I told her if I didn’t see it, someone else would and it’s a lesson learned. She began to say the health department is coming soon and that they get high grades. Then I noticed the lady working the drive through approached us and started giving me a very rude look. I said is you can’t take constructive criticism then you need to find another job cause ppl are going to assess how you are preparing their food and I didn’t care about her giving me attitude. I left without getting my food because I was treated as if me asking for them to handle thing properly I was saying something wrong. I tried to be nice about it when I 1st mention my grievance, but by the end I had no grace for them because they were not caring to my concern. Such a shame a updated location with trash behaving staff… Very backwards and not a good representation of...
Read moreGrilled chicken sandwich was 2 klicks above average. I ordered the number nine combo meal, size small. The fries were hot, appropriately crispy (not crunchy but not soggy) and sufficiently salted. The chicken sandwich was about as good as can be expected from a fast food joint. It was tender, tasted like chicken, and mildly moist. There were no offensive or chemical flavors. The tomato was a bit mushy, but the fresh spinach and romaine lettuce made up for it. The creamy pink sauce with a southwest type flavor was not spicy but had a mild tanginess with sweet notes. There was the right amount of sauce, but perhaps a little more of the lettuce mix, and more evenly distributed (photo shows green things concentrated the center) would have increased texture. The bun was wheat-type light brown with sesame and other seeds on the top. It was soft and inoffensive as burger-type sandwiches should be (ciabatta or other ridiculous artisanal bun burger, I am taking about you!) Overall, a very good experience for a fast food joint, which is unusual in my many years of experience and fast food sampling. Even the service was very quick and friendly. I appreciate that Wendy's give me control over the quantity and selection of my own napkins and plastic flat ware. I would give it a solid 4.5 stars, but I cannot quite round up to 5. Next time: frosty dairy desert must be tested as it is usually a hallmark of my...
