Horrible customer service by the guy/girl with the Mario tattooo. Came in around 930 pm Saturday night and wasn't greeted by him/her while we waited over a minute to be acknowledged. After paying he/she didn't say anything and we sat to eat our donuts. We noticed he/she went to the back to continue making donuts. Another customer came in a few minutes later but also wasn't greeted either, even after he/she looked at him. Apparently it's ok to wear yellow headphones while making donuts and ignore customers. I get it, it's a minimum wage job, i too wouldn't care, but why treat customers so bad? I was trying to take the family out for a dozen of donuts, but our dessert was ruined by his/her...

Read moreGrandson brought me a bagel with cream cheese. Could not find cream cheese. Looked like someone put it on and then scraped it off. Called and left a message with my info and requesting a call back - no call back. Went there today and was told too long from when it happed. Happened 9/2; today 9/5. Lady with long gray hair extremely rude. Told me to leave before she even listened to me. Instead of trying to deal with me - definite language barrier - she was telling everyone in the Subway line about me in Spanish. Told her I didn’t appreciate her talking about me to other people. Should have dealt with me and my problem instead of complaining about me....
