The customer service was terrible. The chick that was in the front did not try to help me. The kind of rice that we wanted. They didn’t even have it After they told us they did have it we found out that the rice we wanted wasn’t even the rice we ordered when I got home with the rice We called this location and placed this order for the rice two days prior before picking up the rice we show up to that place They said no order was placed the lady over the phone gave us a price of $65 for a half a pan of rice when I show up there the lady in the front said it was $75 for a half a pan which is ridiculous because how are you guys going to tell me one price and turn around and give me a totally different price and then they’re telling me that they didn’t know who gave me the $65 price it’s a small business you guys should know exactly all the people that works there because it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of people that works here the place looks very dirty the ground the tile I would never ever go back and order or even eat at this place again .I don’t know what type of Haitian restaurant that was but that wasn’t a real one. Being Haitian myself, I'm a big proponent of supporting Haitian businesses and promoting positive things happening in our community. However, my experience at this restaurant left so much to be desired that my anger was only matched by absolute disappointment that we couldn't do better than that. Because I was meeting with a pastor, I'm not against Haitian music, but I am against a woman in a two piece alternating between grinding on a man and burying her face in his lap. When we asked him to just change the video, the manager's response was "it'll be over soon." I was floored. Truly speechless. And then I was seething. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I asked one of the ladies to let him that we needed to speak with him. He continued speaking with another young lady at a table, and we were never even acknowledged. With that, we decided to simply leave, but it took about 7-10 minutes to get a waitress to give us to go boxes and then find our bill, so that we could pay. I was introduced to this place a few years back..and the food is always good..however tonight..I called in my order and asked for the tasso turkey complete..after driving home in the rain..finally getting to my food..the meat looks and tastes trouble..it doesn't look like it normally does..and it's giving off like it's pork and not turkey..I haven't had pork in 5 years..so now I'm in pain..after coming back to the store to let them know..especially since their phone wasn't working..they told me that it is in fact turkey..but the fact that I feel sick after eating the meat I refuse to believe it. It's either pork..or something is wrong with the food..either way..they did nothing to resolve the issue..except keep insisting that it is wat I ordered..I. not in the mood to argue..so I left..but I have no kind words about thus place..and will be taking...
