This is my 3rd smoothie to have pieces of plastic in it. Last year two of my smoothies in the same order had pieces of plastic and I never went back. This time, a family member ordered a smoothie and find a piece of plastic. I tried calling them to let them know this seems to be a reoccurring issue. The girl who answered the phone asked if I could “hold on” after explaining my issue and I said yes…6 mins later I was still on hold while listening to them laugh and have a good time. After repeatedly saying hello, I decided to hang up and try calling back. Now the line is busy. I’ve come to the conclusion that they must use frozen fruits from a bag and when cutting the bags open don’t pay attention. It’s already bad enough the smoothies are never consistent either watery or super sweet (overpowering taste if honey)! I’ve tried supporting but no more especially when I tried speaking with someone to rectify...

Will never be back to this store. I bought a sealed jar of tumeric, honey, neem, ginger and green tea combination. When I got home and opened the jar, there was green and black MOLD in the jar. I brought back to the store the very next day for a refund and I was given a very hard time by the African American male that wears glasses, whom I was told is a manager. His customer service of how he spoke to me was totally unacceptable. I then tried to escalate the matter to another manager(Jenny), she was also very condescending, abrupt and impatient with me and cut me off before I finished speaking. Jenny told me there’s nothing she can do and I need to call the maker of the product, even though I bought it at their store a day earlier. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.
