I can’t speak of the day crew but if you’ve been here overnight, and judging from the reviews, others have, you’ve probably gotten the impression that the employees will spit in your food. This has been the case for years. The rudeness is the least of it. I get it. Your average person does not want to be up in the early A.M. This also applies to the customer. If you don’t use the drive through, expect to be standing at the window for five to ten minutes before you’re addressed. Aside from the person taking orders at the Order window, which will primarily focus on the drive through customers, the other employees will almost completely ignore you and if they care to acknowledge you, they’ll seemingly have no idea what’s going on here. Either as a customer or one of the delivery drivers, everyone is getting ignored. It’s no exaggeration to say that every visit in the last week has been extremely similar. Pull up to the window with a mobile order, employee opens the window to say that another employee will deal with it, then that person will eventually come to speak to you then prepare the order. Likewise, I’ve seen employees tell drivers that the one employee at the window is preparing their order only for that employee to later come and tell them they don’t have that order at all. They accidentally gave it to another person and refuse to remake it. It’s embarrassing, frankly. I can’t speak ill of the owner because I don’t know where they stand in regards to this behavior but judging from the reviews from the last few months, just on description, it’s the same problem employee. Went to the drive tru for pickups they said hello when we answer back no one responded waited in the drive tru for about 10 minutes until I just decided to pick it up at the walk tru window lady came up asking me what do I need I told her nicely I got a pick up for Uber she then slams the window without answering me I did receive the order 5 minutes later but at least Knowledge that you heard me.I’m giving it a three star because I’m not gonna really the workers there they’re probably not enough workers and if the food would’ve been for me I would have no problem waiting. Read moreI placed an online order for delivery around 1AM. when the driver got here it was an entirely wrong order. I tried calling the store but got a message that the line had been disconnected. I sent a message to the driver and she told me to file a complaint with doordash and have them refund me.
Im also trying to get in touch with customer service as well as DMing them on twitter, its late so I will check in the morning.
I never usually have trouble ordering from this store, but I do not like being out money like this. and the worst part is that it would have been hard to mix up the orders, the one I got was for someone named Julian and was for UBEReats. Mine was for Shaun and was with DOORDASH.
