Universal Plaza Shopping Center — Local services in Lauderhill

Had a chicken patty the week after store in Lauderhill opened and was disappointed with the crust. The chicken filling was nicely seasoned but the crust was as though it was microwaved. Today I decided to try again and added the coco bread. What a disappointment. As many have said the crust not seeming fresh the coco bread once removed from the cellophane that you receive it in it gets hard as though it was microwaved. Juici Patties family, your repuis on the line with the inferior product/s being sold . Remember this is being consumed by Jamaicans who have experienced the same things in Jamaica and know of the quality. Please fix the issues before other stores are open. I believe this is the plaza that has a nail shop called Universal Nails. I took my Granddaughter to Universal Nails. She had a 2:00 o'clock appointment. When we got there they told her she was scheduled for 4:30. She originally had a 4:30, but she called and asked to reschedule for 2:00 o'clock. I know she called because I was with her when she made the change. Apparently someone didn't write it in the book. I wasn't going to sit there for 2/1/2 hours and I wasn't going back. Since they messed up they should have worked her in instead of making excuses. You pay good money to go to these places for the services AND you have to tip. So I expect good customer service. Universal Plaza, is a 👍 Great place to visit. They have one of my favorite Chinese restaurants wich is China Sky, one of the closest places that almost makes New York style Chinese Food! Lol. Hey im From New York Originally! But have much 💘 Love for My Floridian Brothers and Sister's in the LORD! ❤ 😃! Now ALSO they have a great ruby Tuesday's restaurant there as well. Yea, for my Retired people that eat there and have fun.
