This store needs to be closed or staffed completely from the general manager down to the dish person. I just left this location and was giving the rudest service. I ordered through the drive-through almost $60 worth of food get to the window. I have to wait two minutes before they acknowledge me at the window to pay for my food, I didn’t pay for my food to hand me my items one by one so I kindly ask excuse me, ma’am is there a bag that I can have because I have a lot of food no, we don’t have bags. so I asked her how do you expect me to carry all this food in my home plus drinks and your guys are not providing me a bag so I asked her I said is there to go bag that you guys use on DoorDash or anything that I could just place the food in to make it into my home no, we don’t have any bags so I kindly ask for a refund. I am not gonna spend my money in an establishment where you cannot provide me a simple bag for my food. I have these issues with this location. Every time today was the last draw. I will not spend my money at that location again I will drive 3 miles to another location and hopefully that location is better , you guys need to get on this issue immediately or you will be losing this location just like your other location on sunrise and 65th I believe it is that close down. Read moreI recently moved to the area and taking a step back from Starbucks. One of my favorite fmdrinks they cant give me consistent results so I give up. first time trying food and coffee here! first the washroom is immaculate & stocked. the whole restaurant is well maintained actually. I ordered $6 meal deal & a donut. the hashbrowns were pretty much what I expected. the sandwich was better than expected. my iced coffee - tasted OK but when ordering I asked for a shot of espresso, and it seemed like an extra small shot. I'm still drinking it so I'll see if that's gonna work caffeine wise moving forward. here's my only real complaint. at the register while ordering, she asked if I wanted cream and sugar, yes, that's perf. I get it and granulated sugar was used. what's that about? I really do prefer simple syrup. I'm pretty sure everyone does. and I'm sure they have it. so why put granulated in cold drinks? maybe I have to request it. I understand for hot drinks, those don't need liquid, but cmon. I can't blame the ladies, they were so helpful and kind. but does dunkin really put that in cold drinks and evwrytime we order gotta specifically request simple syrup? can't wait to try other stuff anyway. I buy avocado toast with tomatoes almost every single morning if I have time Before I go into work, and I have Never in my life seen Anything like that before. The response I got from the young lady who made it said that's all they got😳 So I definitely asked for a refund. And wasted my time.
