I had the worst experience at this location yesterday 3/26/23. While in the drive through I ordered a small hot coffee and a caramel craze iced Latte. I had 610 points in rewards and wanted to use 400 towards the small coffee. I showed the employee at the window my phone she double scanned and then asked me to pay full price for the items. I said to her nicely you just scanned a voucher that should have covered the small coffee, she said that it didn’t register on her screen. I said to her “ma’am her is my phone that shows the date and time I converted the points to redeem them for the small coffee and it’s showing -400 points now. She said hold on let me get someone. She spoke to a lady who I heard told her to come back when the manager is there to discuss that but I have to pay full price right now. I said to the lady look at my phone it’s showing that you guys just took -400 points for my coffee. She said there’s nothing we can do about it if it doesn’t show up. I said ok I’ll just contact corporate in the morning. She said ok. I drove to park the car and go inside to ask for their names as reference when speaking to corporate or the manager and the lady told me she wasn’t giving me her name. I asked again and she made up a random name as the girl at the window laughed. I decided not to argue so I left the building and went on with my day. I will definitely be calling customer service/corporate as soon as they open and I’ll be going back to this location to speak with a manager. Read moreThere’s an employee here that seems to have a problem with anyone using their rewards. I don’t know her name but she’s Asian and she’s is in the drive thru on the morning. My Partner and I have used our rewards twice and she had an attitude both times. The first time, she had the nerve to ask my partner how is he getting so much food for free? He told her that he is just using his rewards. Months later, we accrued enough rewards to get a couple of sandwiches and one drink. I was the one who picked up the second time. She glared at me and aggressively put my drink down. She gave me my food and then yelled “everything free!” and closed the drive thru window. I’ve been trying to find a way to let the manager or corporate know about her. I don’t want anyone to lose their job but I shouldn’t have to feel ashamed for using my rewards. Read moreI'm pretty sure I just ate a stale toasted bagel with egg and cheese. I also tried the Strawberry Dragonfruit lemonade and it was horrible. Tasted like I was drinking a straight up jolly rancher candy. This has always been my go-to Dunkin since it's close to me; however, the last couple of times I've come here, the food and beverages just do not taste good anymore. For a second, I started to wonder if this is the fall of Dunkin, but then I remembered there's a really good one further down Commercial heading towards the beach. So it's just this location that is consistently BAD! Unfortunately, I think I'm accepting that I can't come here anymore.
