Top Tier Restaurant and Lounge — Restaurant in Lauderhill

I placed an order through Google for a Large Curry Goat & Jerk Wings and Fries. I arrived at the restaurant 30minutes later to be met by stares from the patrons and employees at the restaurant. I walked to the bar and told the gentlemen that I was picking up my order I placed online, and was told that they had no order and if it wasn’t placed on DoorDash, then they didn’t receive it. I proceeded to show them the confirmation page for my order, including the $35 that I paid. Needless to say, there was a lot of the confusion because they didn’t realize that my order and payment went through. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes at the bar for my order to be made. To apologize, the owner offered me a drink for free. While waiting, I had 2 rum punches (very good!) and chatted with the owner who was very kind and apologetic. In the end, they ended up not having Jerk wings available so I got a sweet and spicy sauce instead. All in all, the food was good, hot and very fresh! While the wings were a little salty, the goat was phenomenal! I’m giving 4 stars for the initial inconvenience, however I can appreciate their efforts to right their wrong (I received 8 wings instead of 6 + 2 free drinks) & I’ll definitely return for their amazing food and great service. Located along University Dr. in Lauderhill, Top Tier Restaurant & Lounge gives pure island vibes with Caribbean cuisine and music. There is adequate seating that has an intimate feel and two large screen tvs to catch the games.

I was invited here by a dear friend who manages the place. Before I got my drink on, I ordered a small brown stew chicken with rice & peas and a salad. The food was prepared nicely with a mild peppery flavor. I also indulged in their 3 for 1 coconut rum punch drink which I thoroughly enjoyed while socializing and grooving to the various tunes played by the DJ.

Top Tier Restaurant and Lounge is a place place grab your next meal whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. My compliments to all the chefs, staff and management. First I have tried many of the food they serve and I can't say what is my favorite dish because everything is great. The establishment is clean spacious and has a nice atmosphere.
