Overcooked, and had ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE!
Update (10/08): I had a guy reach out to me after I left my first review stating it had no sauce. He gave me a credit and told me I could use it for my next visit, he was apologetic & told me the ny style is that way & suggested hand toss for my next visit. I called today & was told yes I could order online & pay in store to use my credit, which I did. Upon walking in the restaurant immediately I noticed it smelled like an outside porter potty! , I got my pizza, & headed home. I’m eating the pizza & on my 3rd slice as I’m biting/chewing i smell & taste all within secs something old & sour. I immediately spit it out, and I’m gagging! I call the restaurant immediately & the first guy sighs , & puts me on hold. A woman picks up & I tell her “I do not want a credit, I do not want another pizza , I would just like my money back bc this is the 2nd time I’ve had a issue with this location “ , I also stated that “I work in the food & hospitality industry so I know that whomever made the pizza smelled & most likely saw the old sour ingredients that were used & still put it in the oven & served it!”. The manager says “yeah well I haven’t had any other complaints, and this is your 2nd time ! You said the same thing the first time, and this time u said u wanted extra sauce” TWO LIES WITHIN SECS! I said “excuse me first that wasn’t my complaint the first time, I spoke with a man not you, and this time I ordered online I didn’t speak to anyone so that’s a lie” I guess she assumed I called the order in bc the first guy said normally for credits you can not order online but he did it bc I told him the women told me I could. So she literally LIED! Was NOT apologetic, rude, unprofessional, and tacky! I will be contacting someone & especially if I throw up or feel sick I will be suing! That lady needs to be fired! If I ordered a pizza the first time that was sour & old why in the world would I order from them again!!!!! Like please go play with someone else! I can not believe how tacky she was! Read moreHello people my name is Justine and I'm here to tell you people about my experience at this pizza hut. My friends it was terrible. I told the people what my name was, but they decided to be ignorant and put my name on the receipt as Christine. My friends tell me how you get Christine from Justine. Anyways I ordered a large chicken pineapple pizza with regular crust(keyword regular). After 20 minutes they called me to come and collect my pizza. When I received my pizza I opened it to see if they did it correctly. My friends when I opened the pizza the crust was dry and thin. So I told them this is not pizza I ordered, and they had the nerve to argue with me. One lady even told me I've been working here 12 years and that is regular crust. I called my husband to ask hin what I should do, ane he told me they should make another one for me. Then they took the pizza back and made me another one. Another lady came in to pick her pizza up, and when she checked to see if it was done correctly they too messed up her crust so they made her another as well. When her pizza was done they gave her both the burnt and new pizza, but when my pizza was ready they only gave me the new one. Is it because I'm African I can't receive both pizzas? Anyways I was so mad so that I forgot to check to see if they made it correctly. Read more3/10/2022 If i could give zero stars I would. One thing that I dislike is bad customer service specially from managers. The unprofessionalism of this particular location is unmatched. I’ve ordered from this location several times simply because its what the website and app provide for delivery. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had to requested my refund due to long periods of wait times for delivery and phone mannerism. During my last encounter I requested a refund from the store manager and he assured me that I wasn’t going to get one. He also challenged me to go in person so he could handle it. I called Corporate and now I’m in the works of getting my refund and hopefully getting some qualified staffers in there.
I hope this location gets an entire new team. My family and I love our area and enjoy ordering from this company. My youngest was very disappointed to have to settle for frozen pizza.
