The people here need to speak and understand English well. I came ordered chicken with medium seasoning. I asked the Spanish guy if he can sprinkle a little on the outside pieces, he took it from me and stayed the chicken with the seasoning. He kept shaking the seasoning and I had to yell for him to stop!. His coworker looked and said “ oh my god!”. He handed it back to me smiling and laughing. I left and my son and I tried to eat it out was too salty to eat. I came back and told him he made it too salty and we couldn’t eat it. He refused to fix the situation and remake another batch and slow me to season it and no refund , no apology. Immigrants don’t mind coming to the US and take our money ( especially blacks) and they refuse to give us refunds or make us satisfied with the sale. I’m not going back. When this location first opened, everything was great. The management was great. After a poor experience yesterday from when I called the store to place an order. Then coming in to place the order due to poor communication over the phone. I can tell things have changed. After leaving I called because one of the sides had been left out but still poor communication so i called this morning hoping to speak to a new person and i was told nothing can be done about that and that there is no manager to speak to, sorry, and good bye. I am giving 3 stars only because all my prior experiences have been great. Last night the macaroni was old, the fish was dry and they did not put the fries in the pan like they usually do. (Grubhub delivery) I got the shrimp dinner w/drink. I asked for watermelon crush and got pineapple! I'm deathly allergic to yellow dye! Opened the dinner and tasted the shrimp, to only find out they are not fresh and was so damn rubbery! I called the location and got attitude, when I told them about their mistake & how the food was old! When I said I was deathly allergic to yellow dye, he said OK!
