Throughout my time at Mattress Firm, Keith was attentive to what I needed in a mattress. I told him every problem I was having with my current mattress (rhymes with vector), and he explained to me what my mattress should be doing for my spine, neck, hips, back, and how they all should look and feel like when laying down.

He showed me a handful of mattresses (and he was never annoyed with all the questions i asked him) and explained the difference between memory form, hybrid, and more. He was transparent with the arrival dates for the mattresses I was interested in. I picked the Purple 3 mattress!! And Keith was SO incredibly patient walking me through the plans for financing, what the warranty covers, the details of the 120 trial policy, and the breakdown of what I’d be spending.

I get bad anxiety when making big purchases because of the pressure I get from being told “Buy this for x”, but Keith NEVER pressured me into buying just whatever mattress - he constantly reassured me that he would 1. help me find a mattress that fits with my needs and 2. if i needed to take some time to think about it, I can.

I decided to finally break down and buy a new bed but wasnt quite sure what I was getting into. I went to a couple of places that had absolutely no knowledge of the mattresses and their benefits, but then I went to mattress firm because of their awesome sales. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Anani. He was absolutely fabulous throughout the entire experience! I told him what I needed for my back issues, the price range I needed to stay within, and my essentials. He was able to find the perfect fit for me within minutes! He explained all the benefits of the mattress and the base for my needs. He also went above and beyond by placing the mattress I picked onto the adjustable base so I could really try out what would be my bed. Sure enough he had found the perfect bed for me. When I began the purchasing process, Anani did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure that I got the best deals that were available. I couldn't even imagine what I would have done without his help! I may not have even bought a new bed, especially if I was at those other places I visited. update as it turns out, I picked a mattress with a pillow top that needed up being softer than what I needed. (A mattress good for a nap is not the same thing as a good nights sleep!) Drew helped me handle the return/exchange process and within 24 hrs I had my new firmer mattress. I am so grateful for his help and graciousness.

Original post: I came in ready to spend some quality time trying out mattresses and Anani was an absolute professional. He was knowledgeable and polite, good humored and not pushy at all. I wanted to try the purple mattress because I had been aggressively targeted by online ads and wanted to see what the fuss was about. I'm so glad I went in store to try it for myself, because I actually hated the feel of it! Having never bought a mattress before, I wasn't sure what kind of feel I wanted, so I might have tried 10 beds, each for somewhere between 5-25 minutes, but he never expressed frustration, and wasn't aggressively up selling me.
