Iâm over it! I called my bank yesterday and put in a FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION over my online subway order!
A week ago today I made an order on the Subway app at this location accidentally. Iâve never made this mistake on the subway app before. I couldnât cancel it myself so I called the store and the lady on the phone said she couldnât speak english after I told her what happened. I told her my order needs to be canceled & she keeps asking me in English what my order was and I told her. Then she says she has the order and then when I explain & ask her to cancel it, she says again, she doesnât speak english.
I tell her to get her supervisor to help and she tells me again âIâm sorry, theyâre no here. I donât speak english. Call subway.â and then when I ask where to call, she goes âIâm so sorry, I donât know the number, call the app. I can speak english. so sorry. i see ur order.â
I was so angry, I hung up. They were very lucky I was on the other side of town. This was so unprofessional that they had NO ONE who could help. THIS LANGUAGE BARRIER ISNT SAFE AT ALL FOR THE EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS TOGETHER BECUZ IT CAN CREATE HOSTIL SITUATIONS! Itâve very sad to read these comments and see these complaints. Be responsible to your employees and respect you customers!!!

   Read moreHorrible customer service. I went in to get a sandwich and take my 2 yr old to the bathroom. They have a sign up that says bathroom for paying customers only ,which I agree with. I went to the bathroom 1st since my 2yr old had to go really bad.. I soon found out it was locked so I went back to the front to ask for a key but before i could ask a lady said " you need a key. You didn't ask so I didn't tell you". Once I got back from the bathroom I addressed the lady letting her know that her response was rude and maybe to avoid confusion she should put a sign that says. But then they wouldn't take my subway card to add on points...i was there a few days ago and they are saying now they don't. But what really pushed it was that after I took my receipt and food. I walked 20 ft away from the shop realizing that I didn't get my change back. Cashier with no confidence to and trying to make it sound like she did but I checked my pockets with no change back.
