Went in here to have a nice lunch with my family and had it ruined by incompetent employees. They told someone else my order was their's and then didn't want to remake my food after someone else had it at their table. Then when I asked for a refund they told me that I had to dig the receipt out of the trash to get a refund. Then the woman with the horrible attitude who my made the food refused to give me her name (which obviously shows she knew she was in the wrong) The manager gave me her name but when I asked to have the number for corporate she gave me the wrong number. I looked up the number for corporate and called while I was standing in the store. Then out of 4 employees that worked there, not one of them knew the address so I could give it to their corporate office. Another customer gave me his receipt so I could get the address. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! Wish I could give negative reviews. Hopefully corporate cares more than they did in that restaurant.
Corporate does not seem to care either. It is now a week and a half later practically and I have called and emailed corporate and still no response. That's OK, bad news travels fast and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience. I won't be back to KFC either
It's now been two weeks. I've called corporate twice and I have sent 3 emails. I have not heard anything back from them at all. On a positive note, the girl I spoke to yesterday was very empathetic. She could not believe what she was hearing. It is good to know that it is not that common that KFC treats their customers this way, but it would be really nice to get some kind of refund or something for the 30.00 worth of food that we did not receive.

Get home which was a 20 min drive only to find out they put original chicken instead of chicken strips which to no avail, my kids won’t eat. Go back up there to be told it’s being remade please pull to door and we will bring it out. 20 more min go by and nothing yet so I go inside and ask what’s going on. Manager told one employee to drop chicken strips which should have already been ready but she neglected to tell him or do herself. I ask for a refund cuz I’ve been here almost 40 min at this point waiting on chicken strips and she tells me she don’t know how to do refunds. I was like “huh? How do you not know how to do a refund if you are a manager?” Then she proceeds to tell me she’s not doing one even if she did know. So at this point I ask for my original receipt back that she took through the window when I first arrived. She then tells me she don’t know where she put it. Then prints another receipt which doesn’t even have all the info on it that I need. So I once again wait for another 15 min for food to be done. I ask for her boss and she says she’s the highest manager there. Needless to say this was terrible service on their part and I will not be back. Almost $50 in food that my kids couldn’t even eat before they went to bed. Thanks kfc! Hope they whole world sees this and she’s gets fired. The first time the team member was rude, and acted as though I was an annoyance to her. The second time, I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes and never got a response. There was nobody in front of me in line and only 2 vehicles in the parking lot. When I drove by I could see team members inside and they didn't look busy. The third time (roughly 2 weeks ago) I stopped there on a Thursday at 8:45 pm and the lobby was already closed. The sign on the door says the lobby is open until 9. They also didn't have the item I wanted but didn't give a reason. Turns out it was a manufactures defect on the Bowls and lids, which had they explained that, I would've ordered something different. Instead the team member said "We ain't doing famous bowls today" My most recent visit yesterday (8/11/2016) at roughly 8:45 pm, I ordered the Famous Bowl $5 fill up which comes with a drink and cookie. Instead I just got the regularly Famous Bowl. While waiting on my food, I heard employees arguing over who had to mop/sweep the floor which was disgusting. I also didn't receive napkins or silverware.
