Don't like leave reviews. Do this only when really satisfied with a service/product or very disappointed. This is the second case. With this company, we had the WORST client experience ever. This is a long story that lasted from December 2023 till June 2024. Unfortunately, the Google review field doesn't have much space to describe everything in detail. So, I'll try to be short. Alex convinced my husband to buy a van with an issue. He promised to fix it later because on that moment the required part was nationally unavailable. After 3 months of silence from Alex, we reached out him. And then the "fun" started. He said that the part is still nationally unavailable. But we had some suspicions about why it is so long unavailable (we don't have a collection Lamborghini, just a common van). Then started our search. In a relatively close time (about 2 weeks) we found that part that Alex told we need. I informed him about that in the same day, also providing information where we found it. But he still tried to convince us that part was unavailable. Okay. I agree, coincidence happens. Maybe, it became available in the day when we found it. But guess what Alex did after I told him where we found the part? Nothing! We waited for 2 weeks after that and ordered and replaced that part. We paid a lot of money for that (it was very expensive one). And what is worse, this didn't fix the issue. I informed Alex about this. I'll skip the part where we were blamed for replacing wrong part, then service company was blamed that didn't fix the issue(just a reminder that we and the service company replaced EXACTLY that part that Alex told us), and other ugly stuff. Did they refund us all money at the end or did something to fix the issue? No! They offered to refund us only 1/3 of what we spent (the cost of the part for dealer) because they would pay only that if they ordered and replaced the part on their own! They said that it was our fault that we spent so much for that. Seriously? We waited for fixing our issue for more than 4 month, including 2 weeks after I informed Alex that found the part and where I did that. So, why no one ordered and replaced it for us? Wasn't 2 weeks enough for that? We did that just for few days. The second option was not to refund us anything that we already spent but to pay for one more diagnosis to look further into what caused the issue. Wonderful options! Don't you find that? All our communication was "with all respect"(as Alex repeated), but actually disrespectful (with ignoring and blaming). We had enough of it. The folks at Panel Craft (Michael and Alex) were the most accommodating, least pressuring, and most considerate car sellers. I knew what I wanted to look at when I came to their lot and they got me quickly into a test drive with my chosen vehicle, responded to all my questions, and were overall super pleasant to interact with. The purchase process was so clean and easy. No weird fees tucked in that had no explanation. No extra fees at all. Got the bill of sale and the only things on it were the purchase price of the call (as advertised), the Indiana state tax, and a couple hundred bucks to process the title change paperwork. That's it!
