The service at this location was nothing short of abysmal. I waited, along with eight to ten other customers, while the employees in this location took order after order that they were unable to fulfill. The staff were not following proper food safety protocols, including not using gloves while handling food and not washing hands after utilizing the cash register. In addition, the staff continued to state that my order (and everyone else's) would be done in a minute and they would let us know......45 minutes after arriving, 35 minutes after the time I had pre-selected for pickup, and 10 minutes after I had already left the restaurant, I received this notification.
Local Tip There are significantly better places to eat in Lawrence, and more than a handful of better Pizza locations within walking distance. I would recommend Pizza Shuttle, essentially across the street from this Little Caesar's. Another choice that would have been more reliable, had less frustrating service, and probably would have tasted the same would have been walking into the Dillon's grocery store across the street and buying a...
Read moreI witnessed many violations. People touching dough after touching their faces, machines, and other food with BARE hands, people without caps or hair nets, nothing was restocked or prepared, the whole place smelled like marijuana, there were dead flies and wasps EVERYWHERE, etc. I saw one worker without a hairnet or hat, and without gloves on, eating a pizza in the kitchen while making customers pizzas. We ordered a half and half pizza, some crazy bread with marinara, and a water. I could hear them complaining about the order calling it “stupid” not even 10 feet away from us. When they did give us our order, they forgot the marinara and water. I asked for the water and one worker told me that they were out. But he charged me almost 3 dollars for it. He asked if I wanted to replace it with another order and I asked if I could just get the money back. The worker stared at me like I was crazy so I asked if that was too much to ask for and he said “yeah probably.” So I just grabbed a different drink. Lastly, opening up the pizza once I got in the car, two slices were cheese and the rest...

My only complaint is that I live in Eudora and our pizza options are not the best. Gambinos is ridiculously overpriced, Casey’s didn’t have any pepperoni to fulfill orders, and Pizza Hut would’ve been high-priced, too. Little Caesars came in clutch with 2 pizzas for $9.99.
I placed an order yesterday (8/6/25) for 6 pizzas and 3 breadsticks. Pickup time was set for 6:45, but I got there early. They had all but one pizza ready and were incredibly sincere about the delay (which there wasn’t, I was just early). There were two younger gentleman working and both were very nice. One even helped open the doors and walked me out to my car since my hands were full. The service and food was fantastic! Will...
