Let me start off by saying that we've been coming here for 8 years. We've never had a bad time, until tonight. I tried to shake it off as it being a Saturday, them being busy, and us having a big party...at least I was willing to do that until the owner came out and YELLED at me. Pushing me to the brink of a panic attack.

I had ordered the pollo feliz that was supposed to come with a chipotle sauce. When my order arrived it was covered in a queso sauce. I tried to quietly explain to the waiter in Spanish that I couldn't eat queso because I'm pregnant. I waited 20 minutes for them to remake the food, all the while hearing them complain behind me in Spanish about my request.

I let the complaints slide because I was happy with the remade food. However, when the bill came I was shocked to see the meal still on there. Never once did I recieve an apology for the mistake either.

I asked the waiter about it since the food was wrong the first time and we waited a while for it to be remade. He said the queso was mixed in with the sauce and did I specify no cheese? I explained that nowhere on the menu did it say it came with cheese. He said the queso is mixed with the chipotle and basically said I should know better when ordering, but he would check.

Next thing I know, the owner is out at our table yelling at me saying this is the first time he's had a complaint, and he's not changing his whole sauce for just me. I explained that wasn't asking for that, simply that it was a health hazard for me.

I tried to hold my tears back as long as I could, but ended up having a full panic attack in the restaurant. The one star goes out to the kind female waitress who talked with me about the situation, and gave me a hug while apologizing for the rudeness. You've certainly lost customers after this evening, and had best pray that I don't sue for...

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Went here for a friends birthday dinner before going to Boogie Nights/Casino and was there for almost 3 hours because they were so slow. I have not been here before, but I know that eating at Mexican restaurants never takes that long!! It should not take 20 minutes to get a margarita, 30 minutes for chips & salsa, and another 45 minutes to get chips & guacamole!!! I told the waiter to not worry about the chips & guacamole because our food had just arrived, but he brought it out anyway. I obviously did not eat very much because I dint want my food to get cold, and when I went up to the register to pay, they refused to take it off the bill saying "I should have addressed it at the table and it's not their fault" and then charged my card anyway. Also, I got a to-go box for my guacamole, and the cashier had the audacity to ask what was in my box, and then proceeded to tell me that he would take the guacamole off ONLY if I threw the guacamole away in front of him. I could not lift my jaw off the floor after that!!! The manager then got involved and got in an argument with the waiter right in front of me in Spanish and the manager agreed with the cashier and demanded I throw it away prior to taking the guacamole off my bill. All in all, horrible first time experience here and I definitely will...

A one star rating is generous… The whole experience was terrible! We came with as a large party - we had 3 servers who clearly were not communicating with each other. Every two minutes a server was asking are you ready, when we were ordering the three servers were bouncing around between everyone. It was loud and chaotic. My margarita was literally peach juice/syrup… it was disgusting. When they started serving our food the servers were just yelling “rice, chicken, fries”. The servers got mad as us when they brought the wrong dishes to our table- no one ordered fries but yet 3 plates kept coming out. Everyone was served except one person who had to ask for her meal… the chicken was literally flavorless and pale while. Huge globs of cheese on plates… portions were inconsistent and not worth the prices. We ordered churros to go and they were shoved on the table on plates. They were hot on the outside but raw on the inside… while we were still eating our meals the servers started clearing the table, scrapping plates onto other plates in front of us. We felt rushed and as if we were annoying to the servers. We couldn’t enjoy each other’s company or even our meal. SKIP THIS PLACE-...
