So it's 11:55 p.m. a few minutes before midnight, and the drive-thru lady attendant is so freaking sweet! Very polite, got my order accurately correct, and so kind when she takes your order. Lots of Southern charm here, a Dunkin' Donuts on any other side of town would not have such phenomenal service this late at night! You'd be hard pressed to get this kind of treatment from any of the other fast food places at this time of night! Note to management, if anybody in this place deserves a raise, it's the night shift Manager Ms. Anita!!! She's doing such an amazing job, only problem is she's alone! I'm surprised that she is able to keep such an amazing positive attitude, she's taking all the orders and actually cooking all of the orders fresh and ready all by herself! Shame on whoever owns the place or is an authority for not having any assistance for her. I pray God continue to bless her with a promotion and great opportunities to thrive here, because she is truly a gem! She is the only reason I'm giving this 5 stars! Get her some help on the...

Jeremy the micromanager in a teeshirt was exceptionally rude to an employee, then my friend, and then me. He wouldn't let the associate perform her work, insisting upon sipping his drink directly over her shoulder as she did things she obviously already knew how to do.

After my friend and I tried to get him to be nice to the girl and let her do her job, he tried to simply ignore us several times, even though the store was without other customers. I asked him if he is "paid extra to be creepy" towards the employees, and he said "Yes."

At this point he claimed to two other female employees that he didn't know what I was talking about and asked if he could help me. After initially hesitating to share his name, he confidently proclaimed "Jeremy" followed by the rest of his full name which is not important to me.

This was the very first time I've been inside this location. I plan to return because except for that guy, the service was great! The order was correct, the donuts were fresh, the coffee was good, and all other associates were kind...

If I can put a zero, I would in a heartbeat. First of all we came through the drive through and no greetings and bad costumer service , he had me waiting for my latte for 15min, and GOT MY ORDER WRONG … I asked for a pumpkin spiced latte with OAT MILK and NO WHIPPED CREAM . And he gave me a latte with WHIPPED CREAM, the man that was working said(9:30PM) “he will remove the whipped cream instead” the issue wasn’t because I didn’t want whipped cream. I’m highly allergic to it . So I asked for a NEW ONE, and I watched him the whole time, after he agreed to REMAKE it. He removed the Whopped cream instead and didn’t listen to the fact that I’m allergic to it . And kept looking back to see if I was paying attention, OF COURSE I WAS , I’m not trying to have an allergy reaction on thanksgiving at that. Really don’t recommend goin to this place at all.
