Subway — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

First time here in about two years. Rude employees. High prices. Go to a another Subway down the road and get a better price and better-made sandwich. Watched a young lady (teenager?) with pulled-back hair and glasses slop together a two sandwiches for the guy before me. No hair-net, hair was slipping out of the pulled up hair and almost touching the sandwiches. She had to refill a couple toppings containers, even though the store was not busy. She was making odd faces as she made the sandwiches. I did not get the impression she liked working there.

I asked about the foot-long of the day, and she said they didn't have one. I stated several other Subways just down the road did, and asked if she was sure. She got very defensive and rude. She tried to argue with me. Not good customer service. Their BMT footlongs were $1.00 more expensive than a little bit down the road. Most of their sandwiches were about $1.00 more expensive than the other Subways around them.

For the level of customer service, and their price, move on down the road a bit. I will not be back to...

Went to Subway tonight for dinner around 7:45 and the service was amazing. No other customers were in the store but as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a smile and a happy “Welcome to Subway” from a young lady. She warmed up the cold store immediately! She and a young gentleman took our orders. She took my friend’s salad order and the gentleman took my sub order. They worked well together and she explained the variety of dressings to my friend and what dressing would taste well with the vegetables and meat he selected. She even let him sample a dressing he was unfamiliar with. He was very pleased with his salad. And I was very pleased with my sub. Service is everything in this day and time. We could have gotten a sub and salad from any restaurant or any other subway. But the two employees here impressed us with their...

I don't even do reviews like that, but i tell you what, i consider it a blessing to have happened upon this subway....i started coming here when i managed a nearby auto shop. Even tho i don't work near here anymore, i still make sure i come back to this one.... They make you feel like family here... ALWAYS pleasant, every single time...i now consider the owners my friends and family... You can tell they care about giving top notch customer service because they're the same way with everyone that I've seen ..... By FAR the best subway I've ever been to... Love...
