The food is excellent! And if not for an inattentive, unprofessional staff, I’d be here multiple times a week. Our whole office was excited when this location finally opened and we celebrated on the first day! But since then the experience of dining here falls short and it’s really disappointing. There’s always so many employees standing around or bumping into one another yet the wait doesn’t seem very short and the mouth breathers at the front counter are so awkwardly NOT front counter. It’s like they’re following an invisible teleprompter and they aren’t too sure how to greet you or just be friendly? How did you hire so many young people that don’t know how to talk to people? I get there’s a learning curve and I’d be willing to extend grace here, but it has been EVERY visit! And why are the trash cans completely full at 11:30? No thanks. I’m comparison, I walk into almost any other zaxby’s (with more than elbows worth of room at the front counter btw) and I can expect to be greeted with a smile and my order taken correctly without having to repeat, I can HEAR ther person behind the counter talking to me (that seems hard to come by in this neighborhood). We need to do better at...

I was looking forward to dining at this location once I heard it opened and was quickly disappointed. The decor and colors are warm and vibrant but the staff is less than so. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before someone was able to take my order. There were no cups stocked at the counter so I had to wait until someone else brought the cups up and THEN the young lady at the counter handed them to me. I went to grab some napkins next to the overly stuffed trash cans and those were empty. I too waited a while for our food and witnessed many young adults standing around while the entry way got backed up with many people coming to eat. I threw away my items in another overflowing trash can and saw what appeared to be a manager shout to the crowd of young adults standing about the napkins prior to him interviewing a potential worker. Upon our exiting onto Swanson Dr our vehicle scraped and we were in a truck!!

My family of 5 just left the establishment without our Sunday lunch.

What our order consisted of was 20 piece family meal, cob salad, and a I wanted to try the new tacos. I requested a manager Courtney Smith because I wanted clarity on why we couldn’t essentially receive the taco meal but I wanted to try both flavors. Meaning 2 chipotle and the 1 avocado flavor. It was a new item and I didn’t want to not favor one flavor and be stuck with all three the same tacos. I was advised due to inventory purposes they could track if the modified one taco, hence I need to have all of the same flavors or order Al la carta and pay additional money because the beverage wouldn’t be included. Either way none of it made sense considering I went to the next Zaxbys literally down the street and the request was accommodated no extra charge for the meal options.
