Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Lawton

Countless times I have gone here and the staff can be seen standing around talking. While others would be seen stressing and completing orders. Its no wonder most of the time my order is messed up or the customers in front of me have issues with their orders. I have enjoyed buying the bag of burgers for my family as it feeds all four of us when I get 2 bags and some fries. Lately we have been getting sick when buying from this location though not sure if its due to improper care and handling of food but its not acceptable. The fries are one of my favorite things to enjoy but unfortunately they have been much less then average as of late unlike the other locations. I honestly am to the point where this location might not exist any longer. I prefer making the drive to the other side of town and getting from the other braums their not the best but definitely better then this location. If you order ice cream you'll most likely get that first or even have it given to you melted because they make it first then let it sit before they give you the rest of the food. Very disappointed in the quality of food that is being given by this facility would recommend going to walmart and making your own before buying food here. I recently visited this place on a Friday evening, and I honestly left feeling pretty unsettled. I witnessed an interaction between the manager Theresa and a young employee that was really upsetting. The manager was incredibly rude and even threatened to call the cops on him just for waiting for a ride. It felt so unnecessary and uncalled for; he wasn't causing any trouble at all. It was hard to watch, and it really made me question the work environment there. It seemed like a toxic place for employees, and I can't imagine how that kind of treatment affects their morale. On 8 September 2025 around 6pm my wife and I went to braums on 82nd Street for a guda burger 🍔 we were told that it was not available anymore. So we ordered the Miami combo meal for both of us after taking one bite each we had to ask for side order of jalapeños maybe we could eat the burger but it was just a really bad burger 🍔. My wife and I go to braums at least once a week since the braums open last year.
