Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Lawton

Been here 15 minutes and our waitress disappeared after bringing us water and forgot my boyfriend's Arnold Palmer. She showed up with our margaritas, which the bar took their time making because I watched them; and then left again. She came back a few minutes later and finally took our order, but it would have been better if she hadn't disappeared so we could put in our appetizer order first. The womens bathroom was gross. It smelled of rotten eggs, the floor was dirty, large gaps between the stall doors and walls, visible dust on top of the stall walls. Counter was dirty and visible spots on the mirror. Its now been approximately 20 minutes and still no appetizer. The waitress walked by and said it would still be a few minutes. The people behind us who arrived after us have got salads already. We've been here over 30 minutes and she just brought my BF's strawberry palmer. We finally got our appetizer over 30 minutes after ordering it. We got our food shortly after finishing our appetizer. The chicken on my salad was cold and the plate was warm, which is not good for lettuce. Through all of this the hostess and another waitress were mostly wandering around aimlessly and not until we were done eating offered refills on drinks. Overall the wait staff was friendly and the food was decent but the kitchen seems to be slacking. The people behind us who got their salads before we got anything asked about chips and salsa but didnt get any, and still haven't received their food. We're now waiting for our waitress to return, again, so we can tell her we'd like to pay. She brought the check but didn't enable the ziosk and...

Horrible experience that just caused them to lose a regular customer. Came in for lunch and it took so long for the waitress to take our order that the food did not come out before we had to go. I requested the order be cancelled and I would pay for our drinks, then of course I had to wait on a manager to who said it was ready. When I explained that my husband already left and that I was not going to get fired over slow lunch I was told" its not like it 30 late out ma'am". I said fine make it to go but I have to leave. After waiting on it to be boxed up I absolutely snatched the bag when it was brought out . While she was right that the lunch was not 30 min out from order it took forever just to place order. The manager said " have a blessed day " in the most insincere tone as I left just to be a snotty person. Wonder how she would like to waste her lunch hour waiting on food that did not come out on time due to a slow waitress not taking her order in a timely manner. I go several times a month but will not be back and not because of the slow order but because of the managers attitude. Horrible!! You want understanding when issues happen and I understand but how about understanding when customers do not have time to wait...

We had a graduation dinner for my granddaughter with a fairly large group... My daughter called prior to this and they made a reservation for us.... However when we got there we were told they don't make reservations.... So the wait was long being graduation night... Apparently miscommunication... So then a longer wait for food..... The front staff that greeted us got snotty when I made a comment about that not being professional and gave us dirty looks... Okay fine... but not cool..... Some had to wait for their food for a long time and had to leave before it came and so one we had to get food some where else.... Then when I had to use the restroom.... Two of the toilets you couldn't used as they were stopped up with toilet paper and feces and they were very dirty...... The only thing that was good was most of the food and the waitress was kind and very apologetic for all of the mistakes... I and my family will personally not eat there again and I will not recommend it to many of my large amount of friends here in the Lawton area and all around the country...... Disappointed customer and I usually do not complain.... It takes a lot for me...
