Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lawton

Yesterday, 6/5/22 I ordered three pizza and an order of garlic knots. One of the pizza was ordered with no cheese. The original wait time was around 25 minutes when I ordered to more around 45 minutes. The pizza gets here and the pizza with no cheese has cheese and I didn’t even receive the garlic knots. I called the store to have them remake my pizza and actually deliver the knots. The manager asks me to give back the pizza with cheese, no problem, but then tells me it’s gonna be a two hour wait to get my order corrected and delivered. I ask to speak to the manager and he said he was. I asked for someone above him and he got snappy. So I’ll be calling corporate today for a full refund and won’t be ordering from any dominos again. Today I ordered some of the parm bites, a Philly sandwich and a half pepperoni jalapeno and the other half just plain cheese. I received a pizza that was not mine and had mushrooms onions peppers and much more. To which I seen upon opening so I called the store to let them know I received the wrong pizza to which the gentleman on the phone said “let me guess you’re the half and half” acknowledging they knew I had the wrong pizza. Put me on hold to speak with the manager and came back and proceeded to tell me they were going to have someone bring the correct one to me. Well here we are 11:11pm and nothing was delivered. Nightmare ordering online so we had to call the store to order. The first employee to answer the call was kind enough but he didn't know what the store # was when confirming which location received my attempted order. The 2nd person acted as if we were inconveniencing them when we called for assistance. And on top of that, the delivery person leaves our pizzas on the ground! Mind you, there's a chair sitting directly in view. Never rang a doorbell or knocked. Thank goodness we checked. The pizza was OK. Maybe the trash experience ruined my appetite. I...
