McDonald's — Restaurant in Lawton

I saw this on Facebook that was posted and I'm kind of disappointed that I read it because I had a great experience at McDonald's on 82nd so the fact that this happened I'm very upset by it so I thought I just repost

To the employees at the Lawton McDonalds on 82nd (specifically tonight) you should be ashamed of yourselves. There was a homeless man in there (not one I’ve ever seen in Lawton before) not bothering anyone, actually sitting away from everyone and was wrapped in a comforter trying to stay warm. My family and I watched you tell him if he isn’t purchasing anything then he needed to leave and he gathered his few blankets and left to go outside in the 40 degree weather. After he walked out, you all busted out laughing LOUDLY and started making fun of him. A few minutes later he came back inside with some change that he had probably gathered so that he could buy something to be able to stay inside. As I watched all of you looking at him in disgust, I came to the counter and said I’ll buy whatever he is getting, give him his money back (after you already took it) and you all got quiet. The man at the register said to me “no ma’am it’s ok I wasn’t going to charge him anyway”…..! DO WHAT?? You just made fun of him and he was obviously ashamed, kicked him out to the cold when there was no need bc we were the only customers, you in fact DID take his money and charge him, and you actually didn’t give it back. I sure hope you never have to experience what he is going through, no matter what got him there. I hope you see this and rethink how you treat people in life because you clearly won’t get anywhere with the way you treated them tonight.

And shout out to the woman that posted it on Facebook you truly are an angel your poison the way you worded everything without getting to their level is amazing...

UPDATE!!!! We went back to this Mcdonald's and the manager Linda came to the 3rd window with my food and told me to check everything, and I did (everything was cooked to order and fresh). Then she proceeds to tell me that I WILL check my food every time before I leave and if I bring anything back, that I WILL NOT receive service, nor be giving a refund, even if it's their fault. She proceeded to tell me that I can go to another McDonald's and not come back to her store.

When I got home, we called McDonald's and proceeded to record the conversation, and she hung up the phone in our face upon learning that she was going to be recorded and refused to answer any call backs. Since then, we have sold all of our stocks in McDonald's for our entire family. This is by far the rudest management team in the City of Lawton, Oklahoma. We don't want anything free from this place, all we want is what is promised by the corporation and this franchise, which is Friendly service and quality, fresh food daily. UPDATE COMPLETE!!!!

The customer service here is by far the worst in Oklahoma, From management to the lowest staff. They are rude, have no manners, using profanity throughout the store. The store is never clean at night times. The food is of poor quality most nights. Drive thru time is ridiculous. Bags are over stuff, food just dumped in the bag, fries spilling everywhere. Drink all on the sides of the cups. They serve dried out food, food that's been sitting past the allotted time. Staff clothes are dirty, they don't wear their uniforms properly. Ice cream machine never works, out of sweet tea, passing food back in the through the drive thru window and handing it to another car. I can't wait until someone from corporate gets a whiff of this....

First off I was interrupting the cashier's day I suppose....she stood next to a wall until I looked and asked if I could help her...she then asked "what do you want" I told her a chicken ranch wrap with breaded chicken and no lettuce and a bottle of water....she rang it up...I shipped my card...she stood there and huffed at me...repeated my total...I told her I swiped my card...she said "Oh"....I then sat down to wait for order. ...mind you...it was not busy....got my order...had to go back and ask for my bottle of water...which she got after rolling her eyes....I get out to my vehicle...after a couple of mins I start to open the bag....I look inside....first there was lettuce....I decided to eat around it...I get halfway through...no chicken to be found....I pull the wrap out of the container to find in the bottom. ..not in the wrap...but in the bottom of the container. ...all the chicken....all of it is grilled....this is a brand new mcdonalds....not a good way to keep your place open here....I don't expect 5 star dining. ..but...
