Update place is still doing great they have the product they need on occasions they are out if certain food items but the staff is upbeat and smiles. Just dont talk so much on things not relevant to my order. Tv shows or which sport team I like etc...I know your stalling to give the new staff member time to fill the orders or learn how to make the weird drinks like I get every time. Thanks for all you do your appreciated.
Asked for a hot chia tea latte with two pumps vanilla and two pumps cinnamon and a half a scoop of matcha . Due to product out of stock I had to try a powder cinnamon as a substitute. I was game sounded like an adventure. Got to the window paid and was handed an Ice chia tea latte with two pumps vanilla and two pumps cinnamon powder and a half a scoop matcha. I pointed out I asked for a hot drink they offered to redo the order but I accepted the cold drink... See I have always had that mixture hot because it taste like an oatmeal cookie with raisins and today I got to see how it would be cold Oh my. Yep now I will have to decide hot or cold on my future visits. I loved the service even when the order didn't get made correctly I had a blast with the mistake. Read morePlaced an order and it was supposed to be ready by 3:14 but it was not stood up for a couple min and it was still not ready so decided to have a seat on the bench between the tables inside to wait for it to be ready...the staff did not seem to have a problem with it until a lady staff member came through a door in the back and told me the dine in seating was closed and asked me not to sit there. I told her I was waiting for my drink that was supposed to be ready and it was not like I was going to sit there and drink it ...she was rude about the way she handled it then she proceeded to say something about my mask being to low and asked me to pull it up in a rude manner as well. As I stepped out there was a couple that stopped me as I was walking out and was curious why my wait was long and I told them about my experience I had and they also did not have a good experience as well. Read moreI made my order through the app, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a bowl of oatmeal, a protein plate, and I Frappuccino. When I arrived at the window she only gave me my Frappuccino, then sighed and rolled her eyes when I told her that was not all of my order, she then proceeded to bring me back oatmeal that was leaking all over the place and sticky then told me to have a good day, when I said that I still did not have the bagel or the protein plate, she again rolled her eyes walked away then proceeded to bring me the wrong bagel and no protein plate at this point I was just frustrated with her poor attitude, so I went inside to speak to a female manager who could have cared even less than the girl, she grudgingly handed me the correct bagel with no cream cheese and then just pointed at my protein plate that had been just sitting on the counter! Really I don't do Starbucks very often but it's extremely expensive so is it really asking too much to get what I ordered thru the app...
