The girl who took our order in the drive-through was rather condescending & rude. I ordered a kids' meal with a cheeseburger, plain, no sauce, just meat, cheese & bun. Her reply... So what you want is actually a plain cheeseburger, not a cheeseburger, plain!! That is one of 4 examples I could give, as it was the same attitude with EVERY item ordered. There were no cars behind us upon pulling up to the window. We were told to pull up to the front and wait. There are no spaces except handicapped spaces to pull up to the front and wait. I'm not sure about the reasoning behind it, but nonetheless, we pulled into one of the 3 handicapped spaces and waited 2 minutes for someone to bring out our food. There were zero napkins & ketchup that were both asked for at the window, but 4 containers of fry sauce that we didn't ask for was in the bag. So, I had to get out of the car to go in and ask AGAIN for napkins & ketchup. The ONLY item that was hot was the onion rings. The 3 burgers and two fries were at best room temp. Not to mention, it looked like someone stepped on my burger. It was smashed and had barely any mayo or ketchup and one pickle. Fries were cold, and the criss cut fries were not completely cooked. Read moreI am a well paid woman who just got off work and came through the drive thru and ordered a double famous star with cheese. When I got home to eat I called my dogs for their treat, One of the burger patties they were so excited when I opened it to find it was a single patty famous star I was upset I fed the single patty to the dogs. Called the place up and I was told I was the only person who had been through there in the last hour and that the supervisor on shift was confident that my Order was made correctly. I told him he was wrong and that I was actually in the drive thru in between a white car and behind me was a black car. I was talked to very poorly and after working a 12 hour shift saving lives just know I would never treat you or your family that way. I won’t be back to your store again. My dogs got their treat and after that I ordered Chili’s for myself through door dash. I’m not out for a free burger for heavens sake with the prices of fast food going up like it is you oughta get your store under control before you loose it to the way people are treated (paying customers ). Read moreTerrible customer service. I had a coupon for a free medium fry and drink with the purchase of a sourdough star. I presented this to the cashier and was told I had to redeem the coupon in the app. However, before entering the restaurant I read the fine print on the coupon and it explicitly states it can be redeemed in store so long as you are a rewards member, which I had just signed up for. I told this to the cashier and got an unenthusiastic shrug and told "you have to redeem it in the app." So I did. Found where to input the code from the coupon and did so. Showed it to the cashier and tried to scan the qr code given inside the app. Nothing. The cashier says it didn't work. Try it again, thinking I've fixed it this time. Nothing. Show the cashier the coupon in the app, including the timer left to scan the coupon. Cashier shrugs again. I scan it again. Nothing. I tell the cashier "look it's right here, you can see it." He sees it and says "I don't know." I was with my mother and she asks him "so there's nothing you can do? No way to use the coupon?"
