"The OWNER would be wise to start reading reviews on his restaurant, there seems to be Negative commonality to this reviews" Horrible & worst Popeyes location around us!!!The staff was acting like a bunch of animals, screaming & yelling bulgar language to each other and did not care who was around them, they are all acting like its their playground. We ordered our food on the app expecting it will be ready when we get there but it was not, there was no apology for making us wait and did not even tell us the reason of the delayed. It was such a disappointment that we decided to go to this location tonight!!! The sad part the manager did not even have the courtesy to intervene with his staff bad behaviors, unprofessionalism, & lack of customer service. If this location continue to be open, the Corporate or the Headquarters need to re evaluate the mission statement which talks about the 5 strategic pillars not only to focus on increase franchise but create memorable experiences and develop servant leaders! There was not a leader in this location! Such a shame this location still open, most of the reviews had the same complaints the lack of professionalism from the employees who work their and that should reflect on the manager who runs this location. What happened tonight has been happening in the past and this should not be ignored by the OWNER!!! We used to like this location of all the Popeyes around us, but after tonight we will never go back again! We witnessed an employee quitting, expressing himself with bulgarity and no regards for the customers in the store. Unfortunately, this is the most disgusting and vile fastfood experience my family should not have to endure! Read moreThey completely messed up my entire family dinner meal. We asked for bone in chicken not boneless. I didn't get my fries that came with one the chicken sandwich combo meal. I had to return to the store to let them know and receive it. Since we ordered a large order of chicken it was boxed up and hot I didn't think to look at until we were ready to eat. We seen that it was the chicken strips and not the bone in chicken like we ordered. After inspecting the receipt from Popeyes we saw that it had been put in as the boneless app code when we clearly used an bone in app code for the family meal bone in chicken on their app. The person who took the order obviously used the wrong code. We called the restaurant asked to speak with the manager, they replied with this is "her" and her name is "Jessica" and we proceeded explain cordially and without being a "KAREN" the situation. She responded in a non professional manner. She had no answer and hung up the call. We called back and this time a male voice answered, we asked to speak with the manager. He then said that he was the "Manager" ? We asked him for his name and he refused. We then told him of the mistake that their restaurant made and asked how do they plan to correct it. He responded with "bring back the boneless chicken and they will replace it." 😤 Instead of offering a credit or even an apology. Mind you we explained that we live miles away from their restaurant. He was rude and had unpleasant customer service. He even said that he doesn't actually care if we complain to the higher-ups. I seriously doubt that he was a manager. I think that he was just an employee and the real manager " Jessica " couldn't handle her managerial responsibilities. And pawn the customer call unto her employee. Read morePopeye's is our favorite chicken place. This is only the second time we've been to this location. The chicken is good, but service is pretty slow, especially if you have a big order. The first time we went here I told them they would need to drop chicken (start cooking some) but the guy at the counter said they v had enough... 15 minutes later he said we'd have to wait because they had to drop chicken. It took almost 45 minutes to get out takeout order. This time they dropped chicken, but didn't think of biscuits... 25 minutes before we got our order. As it was, half out biscuits were old. Other than that, the chicken and sides were tasty. We may have to look for another location .
This is a 4-year update of the old review, changed from 4 to 1 star. They've done nothing but gone downhill since my initial review. The people they get to work here must be trained to be surly and obnoxious to customers. I was actually told they couldn't fill my order once because they would run out of chicken. They get our order correct maybe 40% or 50% of the time.
Today I went and there were only three people working and only one of them really seemed to be doing anything, though the guy in the back was probably cooking. The person at the drive through window didn't seem to really do much. I placed an order online and arrived a couple minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I had to wait 20 minutes. The only guy working served the person who had ordered after me because they yelled at him and complained. He went to the back of a store and came back in a minute or so and started to take the order of the people who were going to order at the counter and they said to take care of me first because I'd ordered online. As usual for this Popeyes the order was not right even though I knew it had been entered into the computer correctly. It's probably worth it to drive an extra 10-15 mi to get to a Popeyes that is...
