I visited on Sunday, June 30, 2024 in the afternoon and they were not busy at all. I used to love Habit and most of my experiences were good. This was one of the worst experiences. Customers should be able to choose what sauces they would like on their overpriced food already and not get charged extra for it. To charge for ranch and other sauces is absurd for all loyal customers here for years. They do not even tell the customers at the time of ordering that corporate changed policies and now charge. They said I was the first customer with this new change. No signs anywhere. We also got charged for the ranch that is supposed to come with the order of green beans. The manager even admitted that the cashier should not have charged us extra for the ranch for pur green beans. I have walked out of Habit at other locations when my only option to order is through their kiosks. They did try to make this visit right after me demanding money back for the ranch or cancel my order and give me my money back. Only options were to wait 3 or more days to get my money back on the trust that they already betrayed or get store credit. The only reason they really tried to fix anything is when I told them I was going to notify my credit card company that it was a fraudulent charge. They finally gave me the money for the ranch. They also gave me some cards for free burgers, but I do not even like their burgers. At least my family may possibly use them. The manager tried to make this visit right, but not as a long time customer. She could not guarantee that I would not be charged for ranch in the future and said that everywhere charges extra for everything. Businesses wonder why sales are dropping. It is not a mystery. Listen to the customers who keep you in business. Profit over customer satisfaction is very hard to find. Search this debate online and I am not the only one upset about this change in policy. The only way Habit will guarantee my continued business is to not charge me extra for ranch instead of mayo on a chicken club on all future visits and not being forced to order on kiosks. Reddit also mentions to check receipts at all Habit locations because some cashiers will charge an extra percentage on your order for a tip without notifying the customer. There are better places in this area that do not charge for condiments and better value for your money. I only liked the chicken club here, because burgers are not my thing here getting charged for items added to your burger when Burley Burger and Five Guys do not charge extra for condiments and customization. In N out will also be nearby soon as well. For chicken, Chickfila is better and do not charge for sauce. These 4 places have better service, better tasting food, and definitely the value is better. I do not do well with shady businesses and not being honest with customers at the time of ordering and then not instantly returning money when something like this happens. I just thought the public ahould be aware of how their customer service is declining. Not to mention I was having a very horrible weekend and my family wanted to cheer me up and Habit failed me in making my...
Read moreI apologize for my behavior, but I am frustrated and upset by my situation. So today, I made a big mistake with my online order. I didn’t realize the mistake until I had all ready sent in the order. I didn’t go in the app because they had a website so I didn’t think it was a big deal if I just used the website. I wasn’t fully paying attention and had just woken up not too long before. So I tried to cancel it. But they don’t have an option to cancel online. So when they opened I tried to call the store to see if they could cancel my order. But it was a robot and no way to contact a real person unless I wanted to order over the phone. The robot on the phone told me to go online to talk to someone about other inquiries I had. Which was to email customer service. And that takes forever to get a response. I wanted to cancel before they made my order that evening. So I tried talking to someone with the ordering over the phone option. The lady I talked to had no way to contact the store or anyone that could help me, she told me she’d try to ask the store to cancel it for me. I still felt uneasy and so on my lunch break from work I had to drive to the store and ask them to cancel it. The gentleman I talked was super nice, but he told me the only way to cancel or get a refund was to call customer service. So I asked if he had the phone number for it because I couldn’t find it online. He said they had no number. So I can’t cancel online, I can’t call the store, and I only can email them for help when I need a quick response. What kind of system is this? It’s literally impossible to talk to anyone unless you go in the store. And the store can’t even help you. And you can’t call customer support. The system is rigged and unfair. And I don’t think I’ll go to the habit again. It’s sad because their food is good but I can’t support a company that makes things impossible for their customers, it’s so infuriating. Some may think I’m overreacting, that’s fine, I don’t care. This was just a bad experience for me and I seriously hope the...

I placed my order online for pick up at 5:04pm on sept 27, 2023. I called customer service take out department as they have NO option to speak with a customer service for ONLINE order which I think is stupid. Donna stated that she could not help me add on a side of jalapeño. I explained to her that there is NO option to even add that online! So as a courtesy I called and requested for it! She said she’ll try. She came back on the phone and said she couldn’t which completely understand but she did mention on that “recorded line”. That I can request for it upon arrival! Welp, I get to curbside pick up and I explained to the red headed girl that I tried calling and she couldn’t help and because I said the customer service said I couldn’t help meant to her she could not help me either as I have 3 kids under 3 with a headache and currently pregnant at the curbside pick up! WHAT FOR DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AND AN ONLINE ORDER IF NO ONE CAN HELP?!!! The red headed girl proceeded to tell me to go inside and grab it?!! I spent just about $45 on food along with tip for them to tell Me to go inside and get the jalapeños?!! AGAIN WHY DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE PICK UP AND TAKE OUT ORDERS TO JUST TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS TO GRAB IT YOURSELF??
I get to my house and parked my car. I opened the bag and to find out that they did not add my toddlers fries!!! This was after the fact I had submitted a complaint “ONLINE” I’m going to find out if this location is corporate or franchise!! You have about 8 workers in that building and 3 customers and you guys can’t even help me out?!!! Not to mention I walk in and EVERY single one of them are either laughing or just talking!! And you can’t help out...
