This location is horrible. As is the case with almost everywhere and every industry who employs today's youth, it's staffed with children who have zero work ethic and zero concern for their own performance. You place an order online for pickup at 3:15 on a weekday, and they can't handle it. Somehow and unsurprisingly, it's not ready when you go to pick it up. I guess 75 minutes isn't enough time to compile two raw pizzas during the non busy time. No one expects someone to be passionate about working at Papa Murphy's, but I wish today's kids would have a bit of pride in how they handle themselves and how they do their jobs even if it's not their dream career.
Then while you're standing there 15 minutes after your order placed online should've been ready and waiting for the employees, two other customers come in and place orders, and receive their orders before you do. Then the employees can't read. Two separate employees who have started on your order at last, both screw up the pizza they're individually working on and you as the customer have to do your own quality control and stop them before they continue ruining it.
Companies should value online orders, especially during the non-busy times. It gives your employees more flexibility on when they make the pizza, it alleviates traffic in your lobby, and it makes it easier to predict and organize your incoming orders because of the flexibility I mentioned before. When you're given 75 minutes to make a pizza, you don't have the customer in your face. However, this location doesn't appreciate online orders. They're a nuisance to them and they just ignore them entirely until...
Read moreThis Papa Murphy's is nearest to my home. I have had several "hiccups" over the last 6 months. Today was the day for me to say something. I ordered online so I could pick up groceries and then this pizza. When I arrived home 20 minutes later I discovered, again, that my pizza wasn't made correctly. I decided to call, finally. The young lady that took my call was certainly attempting to be kind. She let me know I could bring it back to add the extra topping that was left off. I let her know I lived 20 minutes away. She then asked what I wanted her to do as she couldn't refund toppings on online orders? She then mentioned that this was "only" 50 cents (beyond the point). I said I would just like to speak with the manager. She let me know that she could text him. She called me back about 15 minutes later and let me know that he would call me tomorrow. I explained that I would be at work. She then said that she was so very sorry, she had made my pizza and didn't read the receipt. So the next time I came to just tell them that "so-and-so" messed up my order and to give me a free topping. Seriously?! Again, this isn't about the 50 cents. It is simply that this has happened several times. It is difficult to tell if your oder is correct when it is wrapped and ready to take. Obviously management (if truely contacted) doesn't care about properly training staff to actually read an order and also how to handle things when mistakes are made. Way too many other Papa Murphy's out there to...
Read moreI usually donât have a problem at this papa murphys. Tonight I got there around 8 pm and they said they were out of dough and that it would take 8 min to make it (when they close at 9). So I said I would be back and told them what I wanted. I went to walmart next door to pick up a few groceries and I came back to two employees a blonde boy and a brunette girl with glasses (one of their names is Jayden), just talking sitting there doing nothing. As soon as I walked in the boy ran back and started making dough. So I asked the lady at the counter how long it would take and she said about 8 min... sorry. I was really frustrated with both employees. So now I have been waiting over 10 min for my pizza now, the dough is still not made or anything. Very frustrating experience tonight at this Papa Murphyâs location. My reciept says I checked out with my order at 8:18 and my pizza is finally made at 8:36. Very frustrating. Neither employee were friendly or had happy faces, especially the blonde boy that ran back to make dough. The girl also mentioned it was her bday and she shouldnât even be there when I expressed frustration...
