UPDATE: Upgrading to 3 stars, as I've been back a couple times and I haven't seen this since. Okay, I am a regular to this Wendy's so I'm kind of baffled at what is going on. Yesterday, I ordered a mobile order, like I always do, from this location. When I got to the restaurant the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building. The same car was waiting at the speaker to order for 10 minutes. Then, the line started moving a few cars through and then paused for another 5 minutes. There were many cars that left the line, but I had already ordered and paid for my food, so I waited. Over 20 minutes later, I finally got up to order and I stated that I had a mobile order and the person said that they didn't have a mobile order for me! I explained that I had ordered and paid for it and that it was the correct location and that I could show her the address to verify that it was the correct location. She kept coming back at me saying that there was nothing she could do! Huh? I refuse to leave and then she said just pull up to the window. And then I finally just vgave her my phone and I said they needed to give me my food because it's already paid for. Then, and only then, did they make my order. While I was waiting for them to make my order, which I've never had to do before, I heard her say "are you guys ready for me to start taking orders again?". I then noticed for over five minutes that I was sitting at the window, that no one from the line of cars behind me had ordered! Meaning, they were pausing taking orders for 5 or 10 minutes at a time at the drive-thru!! I have never seen anything so asinine at a fast food restaurant! And I've never been treated so poorly either. The only reason I get to stars is because I have had good service in the past from this location, and hopefully it was just an off day.    Read moreI like to have my food in the dining room, so I can one watch them make it and see it on my tray, vs going through the drive through. I went to the Wendy's on hwy 193 on 26 June 2025 around 930pm to sit down and eat my food once I got it, but the doors were locked. The dinning room was not supposed to be closed until 10 pm. I went around to the drive through, where there was only two vehicles in line and asked why the dinning room or front was closed, the employees, looked confused, so I pull over and the manager whose name was Lisa, came out and said, she closed it because she did not have enough employees, but I seen around 6 including her in the store. I than called to get her name to make a complaint and when I told her why I wanted her name, she said that she had two new people so, she couldn't leave the dinning room open. This is the fourth time that I have issues over the last 3 months with this particular location and I have decided to no longer go to a Wendy's establishment. Wish there was a different one closer to where I live. Tonight I ordered a large chili. They asked if I wanted cheese and onions. I said yes. Then ordered a baked potato. I get to the window and she hands me a potato. I waited at the window and she comes back and asked if something was wrong. I told her that I was waiting for my chili. She replied you said you wanted a potato. I responded yes but I also ordered a chili. She then said well I didn't order you one and didn't charge you for one.I told her well I ordered one you even asked if I wanted cheese and onions.
