IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD! I was looking for a new burger place and this had lots of good reviews so I tried it out, that was my first mistake. Already judging from how the place looks like outside and inside, I should’ve left right away. Dirty place. The burger bar had flies and no sauces were labeled, very unsanitary by the way. The burger had no flavor. Horrible customer service! The cashier was glaring at me while I was trying to order, it was my first time there yesterday and they were not welcoming at all! I was trying to look at the menu and he rushed me to hurry up. That is not how you treat a customer! I ordered a vegetarian burger and my brother and friend order a angus and bulgogi burger. We each took turns trying each other’s burgers and I kid you not, they all tasted the same. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR OR SEASONING! It was horribly overpriced too, for a burger that was actually very small and a small portion of fries cost $8! I can goto five guys or mcdonald’s for better quality burgers. The vegetarian burger I ordered seemed like it was frozen and just fried up. The buns were not easy to chew on. The restroom was dirty and had a broken up stall. Overall a horrible experience! I would not ever go here again and tell all my friends to steer clear...
Read moreThis was my first visit to the Burger House. As a truck driver, I have learned that the best food sometimes can be found at the not so great looking places. This is far from fancy, but I want to tell you the food is absolutely wonderful. They even offer grilled and caramelized onions, which I have never seen anywhere before since I was a young man and they don’t even charge you for them. They have homemade onion rings which were excellent! I normally don’t order onion rings because for the past two decades or more they’re just mass produced deep fried from frozen garbage. Here it is a different story, you definitely want to try their homemade onion rings. The burger was excellent. They put the lettuce, raw onions and pickles in a separate container for my to go order. You can choose from several different kinds of cheese, add bacon or guacamole. They even have steak. This is a definite must try place. I think you’ll love it, I sure did, and I...
Read moreFood is OK, has deteriorated over the past few years though. Lee, the owner, is not as friendly as he used to be. He is actually caustic and rude. Not sure if it's because he is losing customers daily, or just getting tired. Place is dirty and the restroom is absolutely FILTHY! This past weekend I was told that i CANNOT use as much pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeno's as I would like on my burger. I was told this in front of every customer that was there. Kind of humiliating....Apparently the rising cost of vegetables makes him limit customers on how much they can use( the burger comes dry. You can go to the 'fixings' bar to put on what you would like). I say "what you would like" very loosely as this is not the case anymore and they watch you like a hawk. For the service you get, and the quality, your best option is to go to Fuddruckers or Tookies. I will not be...
