Worst meal and experience I paid $18.00 for, and after realizing how awful I promptly took everything back and got a refund! Staff rude and unfriendly. Serving counter covered in dropped food. No cheese, no rice with cilontro, no sour cream, chicken cut so small it was dried out and cold, no mixed veggies just red pepper (cold), black beans crusty and cold, staff dressed poorly in dirty miss matched uniforms, cook was chopping meet with gloved hand then reaching around to grab his dirty jeans keeping same glove on, and trying to pull up his pants, then returning to handle the meat he was chopping!!! Gross!!! Needless to say the bowl I ordered looked awful and was completely COLD, I also ordered chips and caso (cold) which had about 6 chips in the bag that has a price of $4.99. WHAT? If I could give a minus review I would. Don’t go to this location until there are new staff. My partner saw sour cream sitting in the drive through area and asked for a serving and they just looked at her like she was being unreasonable and with a tilted look and sarcastic tone was told ‘no’ your not a drive through customer! I degrees, when I handed over my receipt for a refund the server had a bad attitude and snatched it out of my hand. I politely explained why I wanted a refund and did not want to eat anymore than the 1 bite I took. She immediately cut me off shrugging and snarky saying ‘oh…. Ok’. I then went into more detail pointing out the dirty floors, counters, tables and benches along with the cold food. I also referred to her passive aggressive tone she was using. I simply realized how horrible the restaurant was and could only imagine the nightmare of unthinkable things that I could not see from the counter. I dread to think of the food storage, the washing of equipment, just all of it. Just two bites and I’m hoping I don’t get sick but I can guarantee I will be on the phone with the franchise if I do get sick!! I feel the need to go take a shower. I am in the health service industry and work hard for a living happily and take pride in what I do. This is yet another sad example of people in their 20’s just not giving a care in the world as to what they are doing and how they are doing it. This is such a great location such a shame the staff, food and overall experience is so below any minimal standard. If a health inspector went in here I am positive the doors would be chained shut. Read moreI am an avid Chipotle fan, but I have to say that this location is a disgrace to the Chipotle brand, and WILL get someone seriously ill, if it has not already.
I typically order Chipotle through DoorDash, and this is the closest location around, so the food always comes from here. I've experienced several quality issues with the food from this particular location (feeling ill immediately after eating it on more than 1 occasion), terrible portions, etc. Last night really took the cake. I ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole - approximately an hour later I had my bowl delivered and I am ready to chow down. I lift the lid off, and the guacamole is practically DARK BROWN. I know avocados / guacamole can turn darker the longer it's left out, but seriously, to get that shade, that guacamole had to have been more than a 1-2 days old, like it was a previous day's batch that was tucked away in the back of the fridge. It definitely did not turn that shade in the hour from when I placed my order, to when the bowl was made, to finally when it was delivered. Not to mention it didn't particularly smell right.
Again, I love Chipotle, and it's not as if we have a location at every street corner like McDonald's. But regarding this location, something needs to change or it needs to be shut down. Otherwise, someone is going to fall dangerously ill and, Chipotle Corporate, you will have a MAJOR problem on your hands for not acting on all of these reviews / warnings.

Read moreWe have loved Chipotle forever. I have a wheat allergy which makes eating out pretty tricky, mostly when it comes to quicker food. Chipotle is one of the few places I can eat without worry. Over the last few months, this location has slowly been become worse in their bowls for me. The first offense was when I found a hair in my food only 3 bites in. We contacted corporate about it and it was met with crickets. Normally, we’d be done with this location, but because of my previous reasoning, we continued purchasing food. For the next few consecutive visits, I was given a few pieces of carnitas instead of a full serving, no extra veggies when ordered, and this last one - carne asada when ordered with carnitas and solid brown rice, completely inedible. For whatever reason, it’s always my food and not a one of my family’s. Sure, one could say I was the problem here and if it weren’t for my husband’s witness to the issues I’ve had, I would agree.
