Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt — Local services in League City

I had such a terrible experience tonight with Tutti Frutti in League City. This is the first time at this location and unfortunately it will be my last. It is so convenient with being so close to my house. I have had amazing experiences with the Kemah location! I came in tonight probably 30 minutes till closing, I know I am terrible. I am pregnant and was craving frozen yogurt so bad. I walked in and wasnt acknowledged or welcomed at all. The worker was just staring at his phone and he looked extremely annoyed. There was actually quiet a few customers too. A family of five and two other couples. When I went to the yogurt selections, I’m guessing they were about to get cleaned or whatever the case may be, every single flavor was runny and not the normal texture that FROZEN yogurt should be. I still went ahead and thought hey I can throw it in the freezer at home to harden up, I wanted it that bad! Lol. By the time I got home it was yogurt soup and inedible and I live 2 minutes from the store. After I made my selections, I went to the topping bar and what an absolute disaster. I was so hesitant to make selections on the topping bar. It was absolutely disgusting!!! Half of the stuff was emptied, toppings were mixed together and just gross. When I went to the Kemah location, I’m telling you it was an amazing experience. The worker was so friendly, offered me sample cups and welcomed me and it was so clean and everything was full! When I went to check out the worker didn’t say A WORD TO ME! Nothing. I asked him for lids and he just sat them down along with a bag. Again not a single word. Now I do know that I came close to closing time but that is no excuse. As far as the texture of the frozen yogurt, the cleaning process doesn’t need to be started UNTIL CLOSING TIME! Not to mention, he had already started mopping by the bathrooms and there was no wet floor sign. I spent $18 on garbage. Just for it to get dumped out when I got home. I will not be back to this location, ever. I will definitely make that 15 minute drive to the Kemah location to have some amazing service and...

This place is lucky to even get a star from me. I am surprised to even see any kind of good reviews for this location. 1st- customer service is not even there. No greeting from the employee. He just stood the entire time at the register, like a statue, staring at the register. 2nd- the options for frozen yogurts were the worst. Very limited. Not all knobs were in service. Once we reached the goodie bar, we found just about EVERYTHING empty or missing. When we asked about it, the employee stated they were out of many things. 3rd- there was ants in a lot of the candy containers. 4th- How in the world am I been charged almost $10 more than I usually get charged at other Tutti Frutti locations for the same amount/cups. And last, but not least, the taste of the yogurt was so gross. It just wasn't right. Nothing like I've had before. This was really disappointing. Mind you, the 1st time we visited was also not a pleasant service, but after many months I decided to give it another chance since we were around the area and I regret doing so. I will continue to stick with my local Tutti Frutti over in Pasadena/Fairmont area where the customer service is EXCELLENT with many yogurt flavors & the best goodie bar ever with so...

This has to be the worst tasting yogurt that I've ever experienced in my entire life! Bitter! Yuck! The plain yogurt tasted the absolute worst. I might as well have poured a sour glass of buttermilk and drank it instead of attempting to purchase a sweet treat that was anything but sweet. Even the fresh fruit had an extremely bitter taste. I will N-E-V-E-R allow my feet to entire into this location again. As for the customer service rendered, the young man was abruptly rude. Some of the bitter tasting yogurt dripped onto the scale. I was attempting to clean it while the young man was rudely telling me that I need to move out of the way. R-E-A-L-L-Y? Who does that? I was cleaning the area so the next customer didn't have to transact business in a dirty environment. Plus, I wanted to clean my container.
