Mattress Firm Victory Lakes — Hotel in League City

Location was the main reason we went to this store and also we had purchased mattresses 2 times before. The sales person Sara Lewis was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and was eager to help us and very friendly she did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied with our purchases. There’s only one reason I did not give them five stars and that is because of the delivery the second time not the first time. I have a video that was too long to show here because I did not take pictures the video showed everything. I had even discussed with Sara about having a new carpet in my bedroom and that it was all solid black. When they got there they put the covers on their feet after they got out of the truck but when they enter the house they brought in all types of trash on the bottom of their feet it look like grass and bristles from pine tress and what ever all over the carpet all over in front of the bed all over on the side of the bed from the door all the way to the bathroom the video showed everything. I mentioned it to the gentleman before he left he said oh sorry about that I told him it looked like his paper cover on his shoe was torn or he had not taken the time to put it on all the way over his shoe, said oh thank you. Then he went to my husband and had him fill out the little sheet that rated their performance on the delivery. My husband gave them a 10 I would’ve given him a five. Fortunately everything was able to come up off the carpet from vacuuming and picking small pieces out of it. I advise you to be very very careful about your delivery check their feet or make them take their shoes off if you have new carpet or don’t want to have anything ruined...

UPDATE: The customer service we've received at this store is top-notch. When we first purchased our new bed six months ago, we also purchased the headboard brackets, which were out of stock and were backordered. We received the brackets a few weeks after the initial delivery and setup of our new bed, but life got busy and we didn't follow up on it right away. A few weeks ago, we moved to a new apartment and remembered that we had the headboard brackets. We went back to the store yesterday to see if we could get help installing the headboard brackets to the bed. John looked up our original purchase and was able to schedule our headboard bracket install for this afternoon at no additional charge, noting that the headboard brackets would have been installed had they been available when our bed was first delivered, so our initial delivery charge covered the work. Robert and Ramon completed the installation of the brackets today and did a great job. We're happy with the service we've gotten at the Victory Lakes store and will be back the next time we need to buy a mattress. Keep up the good work!

FINALLY! 2 lovely young ladies that know their stuff!!! Sherrie and Alyssa were 100% responsible for my decision to buy at Mattress Firm in League City and that I feel strongly I will love my new bed. After a very dissappointing experience at JCPenney I was beginning to think buying a new bed set wouldn't be a pleasant experience. These knowledgeable and courteous sales associates deserve your business if you're in the market for a mattress. My girlfriend and I have been shopping around for a king size mattress set and we wanted to choose the perfect one, accompanied by a reasonable financing plan. Let me tell you about the JCPenney right next to it, we stood around, sitting on beds, laying on beds, trying to wave sales associates over to help us and after about 20 minutes we found someone that would "help" us. She didn't know anything about the beds, she couldn't educate us on any of the financing options and couldn't even tell us when we would get a bed if we purchased one. I went from being excited to buy a new bed to extremely disappointed on how clueless some people are at the position they get paid money to do, I was unsure of what bed I wanted but I WAS sure of one thing, I would not spend one PENNY at JCPenney (see what I did there).
